Location was slightly out of the way for city centre activities, but that's the only downside, and I'd take that for the amazing views.

We took the taxi back and forth to town which can get expensive. It was about 25euros one way. There is a bus, we did this one time but it made the trip much longer!

Everything was very beautiful: the location(with an amazing view of course), there was old tuscan interior design, the room(very clean and spacious and comfortable) people who work there, garden, breakfast. I liked a lot my experience at this place. Thank you!🥰

We enjoyed everything, from the architecture, to the decoration, breathtaking views, breakfast was super delicious and with different options of cakes/salty both mornings of our stay.. I can express my happiness enough. It was one of the most beautiful places I visited and I will definitely be back (plus recommend it to my friends and family)

Nothing, everything is perfect but I want to advise clients that is a little far way from the center city (what I do prefer), and require car or taxi to go. Also, there is no elevator, what is not a big deal if is just about the luggages. Only for disable people can be an issue. Otherwise is my favorite place in Italy!

I’ve been to this hotel many times, and I want to live there! Marco and Guido did everything to make the place special and cozy, besides the beauty of the location and the building! Rooms are beautiful, linen are great, bathrooms and showers great, comun space for families, great pool, great gardens, excellent breakfast. It’s an experience to stay, specially in the summer !!

Leaving, I don't enjoy it.

Location, even if it is out of town it is a 10 min by bus, In this hotel you are surrounded by nature, wine vineyards and olive trees are the frame of this pinterest bed and breakfast. Breakfast, plenty and a large variety of coffee, cheese fruit and pastries..

You have to walk up a VERY steep hill to get to the B&B!

i wish there was a washing machine and dryer for those on long travels. Maybe they had but it was not made obvious to me.

I really liked how the owners are very detailed in ensuring that the guests are comfortable. Basic things like nice sheets and towels, sufficient racks for clothes etc. Breakfast is very reasonable at 10 Euros. Lovely and charming quiet retreat. Suitable if you drive as they have free parking on the property.

The road leading up to the B&B was very narrow and a bit scary when you’re not used to driving in Italy

This is an amazingly beautiful place. The rooms, the grounds, the views, everything is spectacular. The bedroom was comfortable and the shower was spacious. There was a lovely little balcony and free parking as well the breakfast was nice with lots of choice.

Have to walk up and down a 700m hill to bus stop to get into Florence if don't have a car. We didn't mind this and were aware but keep in mind. Also expensive to get to via taxi and no food other than breakfast available and pizza at dinner. Again didn't bother us but keep in mind.

The most stunning view and tuscan feel. Delicious breakfast each morning. Rooms were a nice size, bathrooms were awesome.

I gave 8 because of the bed ,the bed linen was perfect and clean but the bed needs to be upgraded very hard and uncomfortable. Although we already knew on booking, dinner was not available it would be lovely to have a restaurant on site.

This traditional villa type small hotel is located in the hills approximately 20min (€30) taxi ride out of the city of Florence near a small village/town which is a waking distance away (15min) part which is on very steep hill. The hotel provides a excellent buffet breakfast which can be taken inside or outside in the large garden. But no dinner is served they do provide a service to order (extra charge) pizza each night we did and had drinks from our mini bar. We were too lazy to walk down the hill to the restaurant. Our room was large with large ensuite and very clean. The garden outside is open with a pool and stunning views of the hills.
