This was my first stay here and it was truly a wonderful experience. The host was very kind, cooperative, and understanding, always ready to help with a warm smile. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made my trip so much more special. Honestly, I fell in love with the country even more because of this place. What a fabulous warm welcome we received. Really helpful advice, map, suggestions of what to do during our brief stop over and also in getting to the airport for our early flight. On hearing we wouldn't be around for breakfast we were quickly supplied with croissants biscuits, jams juice and a kettle for our room. The room was lovely, tiles flooring and a balcony with a Seaview. The historic centre is easily walkable and we found beautiful restaurants there. If you are using public transport to move around Sicily I Puritani is perfectly located, 10 mins walk from the bus station and 5 mins to the train station. The train to the airport was quick and efficient. Communication up to arrival was also excellent. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Sicily

It was hot and evens with the ac on in the room it never got really cooled down. Some trouble sleeping as the door to my room was near the stairs and reception desk so it was very loud when people were coming and going. The breakfast was great but only starts at 8am which means if you have an excursion or train/ flight before 9am you miss breakfast.

Location was great, close to Catania Central Station and on the main route to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had room directly oposite the breakfast room and in the morning we heard everything -from preparing breakfast to other guests snacking. It was a little bit noisy, so we needed to use earplugs, when we wanted to sleep longer.

Very nice room, comfortable and with nice new bathroom. Old building but with an atmosfere. Hostess Gabriela was also very helpful. Hotel has a great position, if you want to go to the centre, by foot you are on the main square in 15 minutes.

Our room was a bit too small, with really minimal space for maneuvering, and it could also use some more soundproofing. There is a busy road in from on the building, so light sleepers might need earplugs.

I was torn between giving 8 or 9 stars, but I eventually gave 9. It would be an 8.5 in my book. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is reasonable with nice day-to-day variation, the location is very good. Overall good value for the money.

Very nice hostess, breakfast was simple but very good. It was close to Catania Central and that was very helpful for getting around to different places in Sicily. My bed and bath were very comfortable. I would stay again.

Location close to Catania Centrale train station, less than 10 mins on foot. Lovely, helpful staff. Room and bed comfortable, very quiet. I liked that breakfast had cheese and ham available as well as sweeter options.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Host Gabriella was incredibly welcoming and took great care of us throughout our visit. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—very central and within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.
