The complex set of elevators and stairs is something weird, because not all elevators go to the same floors and buildings, but nothing to worry.

Rooms at the new tall building are great. And the view was spectacular!! Comfortable beds and bathroom. Spacious wardrobes. The SPA area, comprised by sauna, massage rooms and pools, is really great! Pools have embedded hydropumps for fund and relaxing. Saunas are big and well illuminated. It's and incredible experience in this hotel. Totally recommend!

Really good wellness, nice saunas, they make aufguss as well, you get salt-kiwi scrub for the steam sauna, you get also refreshment drink and snack (apples with lemon) The breakfast buffett is just perfect, everything is still available, they have ham that is good quality And for your sweeth tooth you get full counter just with desserts of all kind.

That the rooftop pools weren't open at all. Obviously in winter you don't want to lay outside but it would have been great to still be able to use the pools with the view. I didn't like the blue light in the room it was very disturbing to my eyes. I also didn't like that I had to pay extra for the bathrobe and slippers. I didn't like that xouvhad to be fully naked and without towel for the steam bath, especially as young people it's very uncomfortable with older men that stare at you. I think therr should be one where you can go in with your bathing suit. A lot of people in that hotel you couldn't find any spot at the pool at some times.

Was really good, Breakfast had a lot of choice. Pool was warm. A lot of different saunas. I loved the peelings. Lunch menu at the hotel was also good. Room was nice. Most of the staff spoke Italian and German.

The sheets (winter sheets) are quite small, and I am 1,74 mats tall, so roughly average height, I think they could provide larger sheets.

It was very confusing going between the buildings. Restaurant evening meals had a limited menu & unusual dishes which didn’t appeal.

Great swimming pools, inside & out. Great buffet breakfast .. huge array of options. Had parking facilities. Great pizza restaurant down the road ,10 minute walk.

Pool: excellent Breakfast: ok, but not excellent because although there was a wide choice, juices were not fresh but from the machine; jams were not genuine (you'd expect that in South Tyrol) Room: small but essential and comfortable; only the bathroom was a bit too tiny and without bidet

Wonderful location, thoughtful parking, comfortable bed. Outdoor pools great, with relaxation facilities, view of the city and sunset from the pools. Very good breakfast with great variety. We also had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Good bar offer. The indoor heated pools with several saunas impressed us. Opening hours of the pool with counter-current and various jacuzzis around the clock. Loved the lazy and warm poolside seating when it is no longer comfortably warm outside.

A big contrast to the pool and spa facilities is the restaurant. The interior is old fashioned and not inviting. It is possible to escape to the outdoor patio though.

The amazing rooftop terrace and pool as well as the incredible spa. Very friendly staff in the bar by the pool.

Parking was very tight and busy. So many different elevators to take for access to different areas. Food in restaurant was basic Kids were always in the adult only pool. Noone stopped them.

Wellness centre was great, not busy so getting naked for the spa/sauna wasnt too intimidating. Rooftop pool was very nice. Rooms were great, good size and comfortable. Balcony was nice to have.

The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but eventually we figured it out.

Great breakfast with a lot of different things, Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff, free parking in a secure garage, charging for electric vehicles.
