Loved the property! Such a beautiful building and so authentically Italian. Room was superb and very well decorated and high end. Hosts were super, very welcoming and offered great advice on choices of restaurants, we had fantastic food in the restaurant just underneath the B & B. Would highly recommend Il Bagattino and would definitely return. You will not be disappointed!!!

Manuella is the most fantastic hostess, friendly, efficient and helpful. the location excellent, out of the door into the Main Street. Large clean comfortable room.. couldn't have been better.

Location was excellent just a few steps from the cathedral. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable clean and full of character. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at this property.

Everything! Our room was spacious and well equipped with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The room was very conveniently located, close to everything. It was also very very clean and tidy and beautifully presented.

The staff doesn’t speak much English, though it’s listed in their post. The breakfast is just a voucher for a croissant and one coffee at a patisserie across the street and down a bit. That’s just not what I thought the breakfast was at booking. The rooms are clean and large and the woman who helped me check in late was very kind and helpful!

The location is amazing. 5 minute walk to all the best the city has to offer!

The bathroom is a bit narrow

Everything was amazing. From the first step i felt like home. Il bagattino is a very familiar apart hotel. It is modern but in the same time.bring the italian vibe within. It is located in the Ferrara central part 5 min away from the Castello Estense. The room was big enough for two persons. Bed was very confortable having two tips of pillows. The interaction with personnel and the owner was also amazing sharing a lot of interesting ideas about Italy

As convenient as it is, the digital key for the external door wasn't always working. also we were informed that we could leave the bags before our room was ready the system didn't allow for this though.

There was nothing to not like

In the city center, though very peaceful and quiet, we received a very warm welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay. In the morning, there was always someone available for a brief chat and to serve us a delicious cup of tea or espresso. It’s truly a wonderful and tranquil place to stay, perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything.

Everything was perfect: location just in the historical center, the room was spacious and confortable. You wont find a better deal to visit Ferrara. The check-in method is perfectly explained.
