There’s nothing really negative to mention — just be aware that it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the town center and around 8–10 minutes to reach public transport for the beach. But honestly, the walk itself is quite enjoyable as you get to explore the local streets."

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. We also loved the large balcony. The air conditioners were new and worked perfectly, and appliances like the fridge and TV were clean and in great condition." Note : dont miss the pizza restaurant which is very close to the house

The kids' beds were small for a 12-year-old. My daughter said she had to tuck her knees to fit the bed, and she'd woken up 2-3 times during the night because the pillows fell behind her head. The bathtub could have a kind of closure around it. The bathroom becomes messy each time someone uses it for a quick shower. It is a 10-15 minute walk (can be a challenge during a hot summer day) to reach the bus stops to go to a popular beach or to the old city center (where all the fun is).

This is a spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable apartment for a family of four or less. Two bathrooms make life easy after a day at the beach or long walks. Each apartment has its own modem, ensuring fast and hassle-free internet access. There is a park very close, suitable for exercise, chilling, or going for a small picnic.

The apartment is big! We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. There’s enough space in the kitchen to cook!

The pillows were very bulky so found it difficult to sleep at night - the airbnb host said use the cushion from the living room!! There was no lighter to use for the cooker. Had to borrow the neighbours- who was kind enough to let us use it for a week!! When we booked via booking.com it said we had a free taxi from Olbia airport to the apartment - we didn’t get that service - so that was disappointing!! It was advertised as free taxi ride !!

Bit tricky to locate - you really did need to follow the instructions to the letter. One of the apartments didn't have a washing machine and the one in the second apartment didn't work.

Both spacious apartments with nice size terraces. On-site parking available.

We missed having more pots for cooking.

The apartment is really large and spacious, with a huge terrace. It's a great location for exploring Sardinia. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

The shower was a real problem where the hot water kept getting cold. This should be fixed in the future.

The apartment is big and well equipped. Nice big balcony and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was great.

- Need tables or shelves in both bathrooms to place toiletries ( especially if you have a family) - The WiFi is non existence. Neither of our phones or computers were able to connect, the name of the WiFi never showed up on any of our devices.

The patio door windows were in need of cleaning. The floor was very dusty. No outside light at front door or in external lobby where lift was accessed. Water took ages to get warm in kitchen and would suddenly go cold in middle of showering.

The Apartment had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms great balcony. Great for a couple of female friends. Excellent equipment for eating in. Perhaps a toaster and a full length mirror in bedroom plus a bedside lamp in the twin would improve things

The towels were not fresh and smelled of smoke. The floors were dusty. Not enought toilet paper was provided.

There were some spiderwebs in the flat. The main bathroom had a bad water pressure and the shower hose broke.

It is located about 1.3km from the city centre. Near is a nice restaurant Il Vesuvio with a delicios pizza. The flat was pretty clean.

The only downside to my experience was that the elevator was out of order during my stay. This was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or groceries.

The apartment is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It has a large nice balcony.

1. Kitchen wasn't supplied very well. We didn't get new sponge for the dishes, there were no garbage bags, no dishwasher tablets, no paper towels, no basic amenities like coffee. 2. Only 3 paper rolls for 5 people for 5 days.

1. There is a big parking lot just across the building, I could find parking space anytime. 2. Apartment is spacious. 3. Great contact through the chat, I got answers within minutes. 4. Airport is 10-15 minutes by car depending on the traffic. 5. City centre is max 10 minutes by car. 6. Contactless check-in and check-out - great for introverts :) 7. Quiet area.

We would have welcomed more kitchenware, such as a salad bowl or serving plate, there was also only one small cutting board, which made food prep a little less comfortable. The neighbors above had a dog, which loved to welcome us with loud barking every time we went to the terrace - it was sometimes, mostly in the early morning or evening a bit unpleasant, still minor. Besides that, we would definitely recommend the place!

The location worked great for us - we have rented a car because wanted to travel around Olbia and Costa Smeralda. The apt is located in Olbia, has good infrastructure around, free parking spaces in front of the building. We had a smooth check-in, the host communicated very fast, very politely and answered all of our questions. The apartment itself was very spacious, yet cozy, had a nice and big terrace, kitchen with sofa, two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was amazing considering there were 3 of us travelling.

The kitchen could be better equipped. E.g. there is no corkscrew, what a disappointment when you want to open a bottle of wine :).

The Apartament is spacious, with large rooms, a living room and two bathrooms. There is an internal parking area and parking places along the street. Close to the city park.
