The location is perfect. The room was on the small side but was worth this for the location. The bathroom was great, lovely big shower with powerful water pressure & great mirror and lighting. You can walk everywhere, the train station is less than 10 minutes, the metro is less 5 minutes. Great restaurants and bars within a minute from the door. The owners were lovely, greeted us, assisted with luggage and took time to mark out a city map with lots of helpful tips. When we got back from a short walk (our room wasn’t quite ready and we were two hours early for check in) our luggage was in our room with fresh pastries and coffee waiting for us.

The staff was so helpful, kind and always there to answer any of our questions. The room was a decent size, clean, comfortable, warm and modern. All the famous monuments are a walking distance and the Termini station, which is very convenient if you arrive by plane.This hotel deserves more than a 1-star hotel, and if we will be back to Rome, we would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great stay!

The location suited us very well, it was within walking distance of Roma Termini train station and while it was within walking distance of the sights we wanted to see, it was close to a bus stop and metro station when we wanted to use transport to save time. The staff was friendly, helpful and very informative.

The room was really small even for a single room but the main problem was that there was only one available socket and this far from bed. These is some noise due to thin walls but nothing extremely annoying.

Close to metro station and super market. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm.

The shower in my room was very small and being a tall girl, my baths were quite tight.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything was extremely neat, from reception services to room comfy and cleanliness, to breakfast and location. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it.

There wasn't much we didn't like. If we had to pick something I might say the room was a little small. Honestly, it was plenty big enough for us and our two teenagers and our separate beds but it wasn't an apartment either.

The room itself was very clean and the beds comfy. We most liked the location of this place and the staff was just wonderful. Very close to the main sites and the train station. The breakfast was well worth it. Very yummy combination of savory and sweet options and all you can drink espressos and cappuccinos.

Great location, close to everything You want to see in downtown, wonderful people working here, willing to help You and give all the important information. Wonderful atmosphere, cosy, clean and warm. Nice breakfast on the 3rd floor. Not so loudy in the evening, due to location. We will come back again for sure.

For the small room I stayed, the wifi connection sucked. There are a few different wifi routers but none of them worked well for that single room. I hope it's just due to the corner of that room. I hope they can solve this.

What I most like is their breakfast, providing a lot of different options. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse location is great and facilities are good as well.

The room was a bit dark but that was the only thing.

Location was great! Breakfast was superb and the place was super clean. But the best of it was the staff were amazing! They were so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and kind. They recommended a few places for food and explained how to navigate the city. I highly recommend this place especially if it's your first time in Rome.

Nothing to really detract. The price was good for the single room and did the job.

Stayed in a single room, it was immaculately clean with private ensuite facilities. The room was also internally facing so no road noise despite being in central Rome. Breakfast is traditional continental, no issues.
