I did not have a particularly negative experience, the price was a bit high for the service provided.

The hotel is very well located. 10 minutes walk to the old town, 2-3 minutes to the beach. There are several bus stops (e.g. beach bus) within 1-2 minutes walk. As it is next to a main road, it is a bit noisy with the windows open. The view from the terrace is spectacular, with a beautiful sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

No kettle, only 1 spare power socket for use, no cable TV and all channels in Italian. Towels not changed daily. Shampoo sachets, no conditioner.

Near the beach (just opposite), within walking distance to Old Town (~20min). Room relatively clean and spacious. Receptionists friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be much better. Fruit was ok (my wife loves watermelon), but no vegetables :/ As vegans we had to adapt and bring some stuff with us.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Also the hotel location was great. To get to the beach you just need to cross the road and city center is probably 15min walk.

Not so spacious room and without a kettle with tea.. Toilet and bathroom was so crammed together and could easily get wet. They used a two pin socket which would then require one to buy an adapter to plug in your device.

The cleaners did room cleaning everyday and changed towels.. location was perfect just by the beach.. And top was the presence of an air conditioner..

Clean room cleaned daily, breakfast tasty, Coffee was delicious, stuff always smiling, close to the beach and halfway to city centre within walking distance. Bus stop few steps away, restaurants and shops also.

The hotel has old facilities but is very charming in kind of a Italian way. The localization is perfect, front of beach. But we never went to this beach because is to much comercial The only unpleasant thing was the staff on our last night. It told us the breakfast was closed on Sunday ( day of checkout) and that we should eat outside the hotel. It was really strange since we paid stay we breakfast included in booking. The next morning during luggage carry we saw that in reality the breakfast was open. So we were really upset because we had to eat the breakfast on Sunday (relax Sunday) in 10 min.

actually we didn’t like the shower cabin which was really small and not comfortable at all, toilette seat had also problem that was broken i think. the internet was a big mess and sometimes didn’t work and was annoying abit.

location and the staff location was really good for city center and also beach and airport , and the staff were really nice and friendly and they help you when u have any problems. the view and the air conditioner was also really helpful

Great hotel with very welcoming and helpfull service. Room was nice and clean, although renovation is needed. Breakfast was normal as it is in 3 stars hotels, we were happy with it. Location: 10/10, close to the city centre and beautiful Spiaggia di Maria Pia :)

A bit in need of refurbishment. There was very little recreational space, no bar and the one vending machine would only take coins . I don’t carry coins!

Very basic. Rooms small and especially bathroom and shower. No facilities to shower on the evening we were leaving. This is the first time any of us have experienced this lack of facility. We had to change in a toilet and wash from a hand basin in the toilet.
