Room small and not like pictures. More basic than advertised. No mosquito nets on windows. Mattress was really bad and I could feel springs so reported to Reception, and she said she knew but can't do anything about it.... Breakfast is underwhelming.

Staff are very friendly. Good Pizza in evenings. Location good too. Short walk to city centre.

Outside the property area was quite rundown giving the wrong impression of what it was like inside

Location right on the water fantastic view over the harbour in walking distance of the town. Breakfast room had fantastic panoramic view. Parking available outside property. Our room was large and airy with great sea view room number 221

The building itself need more attention. It looks like there was no investment made lately. Also, breakfast was extremely disappointing.

The Locations is great, an amazing view. The staff was very nice and friendly. There is parking available.

Slightly expensive, the bathroom needs a bit of update

A short walk from town with lots of restaurants and shops. Great views but restricted privacy from the balcony since the hotel restaurant is right below. Really good family room with two bedrooms and a fridge

Very big apartment in the attic, quite close to a square with many restaurants and bars.

Bed a little hard, no hallway lighting so needed to use a handheld light to walk down a pitch black corridor to my room

Breakfast was ok, but could be little better, there was no vegetables or fruits what in Italy is little strange.

Amazing view.... worth to take this room for the view. Everything in the room I needed, cosmetics, towels, hairdryer, close to the center, very quiet.

No fruits or vegetables at breakfast. Only few slices chees and ham. Lot of sweets, but it is probabbly typical for italien breakfast (?).

Very limited breakfast options for someone eating plant-based ( vegan ), it would be much better if some basic foods are more available in the future ( example: fruit, plant-based milk and yoghurts ).

The room's terrace and sea view from both the room and the restaurant, clean, comfortable and most importantly the staff - Elena and her colleague are friendly and happy to help you out with your questions.

- Room was on 4th floor and lift did not work for our entire stay of 3 nights. - No extra toilet roll in the bathroom so have to request in reception several times. - Small TV with bad sound and only Italien channels - Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea. - nothing fresh for breakfast, missing fruit.

It feels like living on the ship without the movements as hotel is meters away from the sea. view and sounds of waves is magic! Balcony is big and private and room/bathroom newly renovated.

A breathtaking view across the water. A short drive to shops and restaurants and very helpful front-of-house staff made this a most memorable stay of only one night, but we would stay a week if we ever return.

Walk to the center is along a narrow but frequented road; the restaurant was cloased (off season); child friendly staff, but no place to play for a small child

Reception staff was not that useful/welcoming on touristy info (boat tours, restaurants...) Sea view room was in fact more of a parking and port view room. Around 10 parking spaces available for obviously more than 10 rooms, motocycles rather parked in actual spaces than the dedicated spots...made it quite difficult to use the parking, and had us park right on the edge of the water, on the side of the road.

Seafront location, spectular view from the breakfast room, you can catch the sunset from the side of the building. Parking in front of the building Very close to the ferry, city center and port reachable by foot. Spacious room, good bedding, cleaning staff was incredibly nice and efficient !

The room was quite dated, but some improvements were in progress during our stay.

Clean and warm room. Superb breakfast. Beautiful view outside the balcony and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.
