Everything was good overall. The location is very close to the Vatican, but it’s a bit far from some of the other historical sites in the city. However, there’s a nearby train station, and you can reach most places within 30 minutes or less, which makes it quite convenient.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The place felt like home – very safe, with multiple secure doors leading to the rooms, which gave us extra peace of mind. The location is also excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the train station just a short walk away.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. And there was a couple of spots on the floor where the wooden slats were coming up that were dangerous.

It was close to the vatican. And our host was kind to allow us to leave our luggage when we took our tour on the day of our departure

The air conditioning wasn't very powerful, the mini fridge leaked and wasn't very cool. The shower wasn't secured so had to be balanced otherwise would fall out of the holder.

The location was brilliant. Access and check very easy. Host was very responsive. The blackout shutters were really good and blocked out the noise from the street too.

Cleaners were very loud in the morning. Every morning. There was no response to our messages to the peoperty prior to the stay.

Toilet water flush system sometimes ran for way too long, shower drainage was blocked so every time when we took a shower it filled up with dirty water.

Noone was in the reception when we arrived and we had to wait 20 minutes, before someone opened us the hotel door. We had already informed them about our arrival time, but still, noone was there to do the check in.

The location was great, just five minutes from the Basilica of San Pietro and next to the metro station Ottaviano. Access to the city center was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

No one to talk to at reception for our whole trip. We left at 7 in the mornings for trips booked and by the time we got home in the evenings there was no one at the desk. Poor communication leading up to the holiday. Ignored my emails and kept putting the phone down on me as they couldn’t speak English.

The bathroom had a leaky toilet that needed to be worked on to stop the water leaking. After a shower, the floor would be more than wet as the shower cubicle is placed higher.

The light was dark specially at night. I think you may change the main light at the basic light than the yellow one. But over all it’s not that bad.

Staffs are very kind and friendly. Since it was our first time in Rome they advice us where to go and visit. When it comes for rooms it’s quiet nice and clean

Wifi doesn’t to work, shower was not working good, I had problems to do the check in (the bell was not working and I had to wait for a long time outside with my suitcase).

Everything was great! The only thing that could be improved is perhaps the shower which was a little old in our room. But overall, it was a wonderful room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. Our room was nice, I loved the interesting design and the beautiful building. They cleaned our room every day, and changed our towels every other day, which was amazing! The location is great, as it's close to the Ottavian metro station, the Vatican, and plenty of shops and restaurants. For us, it was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were extremely bad and uncomfortable. Using sheets instead of duvet cover is very unhygienic. Walls are very thin - every move of the neighbours on different levels was heared.

The interior was nice looking, balcony was a bonus. Room was warm but not ventilated, had to open the balcony door to get some oxygen.

shower needs to be repaired. Toillet has problem too. also there has been situated next to the street and some noises during night come inside. no anything else such as kettle or glasses are there to making tea or coffee.
