Such a beautiful apartment. The host Valeria was lovely and you can see she has put in a lot of effort into making the place feel right at home. The location is perfect, a short 2 minute walk to the main street but in a quiet area.

If you have to park, it may be a big confusing to find the place with a car.

It is a great space with a lot of room: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen. Great value! Location is great in the middle of the historical town.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, which made our stay even more convenient. The garden was beautiful and charming — a lovely spot to relax. The owner was very helpful and provided clear guidance. She was also really kind and let us leave our luggage before check-in. Overall, a great value for the price!

The property is one of a kind being a standalone house in Orvieto. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful and the backyard and view was one of my favorite experiences of my trip!

Valeria was the most accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is extremely well located and very well equipped with all you could ever want. Beds were super comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend more highly.

It was a great location in Orvieto. Perfect for two friends staying there. Easy, direct walking distance from the parking escalators. Really close to one of the main piazzas.

For first time visitors to Orvieto some clearer instructions on catching cable car up to the Orvieto town centre from train station, if travelling by train. But once that’s clear it’s no problem.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Excellent facilities, including good heating. The host was so kind and responsive. One of our group unexpectedly started having trouble walking, and our host went above and beyond to help us get back to our transport at the end of our visit.

They list four beds and only have three. As four independent adults, one of was forced to sleep on the floor. The host did not take any accountability for the false advertisement of the property and after a full month is still misrepresenting the apartment.

It is a nice property but fully misrepresented the number of beds.
