A little bit noisy and squeeky

The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and made sure everything was exactly as we wished for in our room. Booking.com hadn't communicated the bed requirement, but she fixed it right away. The place is very pretty and perfectly situated in Pienza. The little garden was very charming, even in late autumn.

Lovely, big apartment with nice view over the roofs of Pienza and the wonderful garden. It was very quiet - except for the historical bell tower :) We loved the location, because it is in the middle of the city and still very quiet.

Package breakfast was supplied in the room but we needed to supplement it with fresh fruit and fresh bread or croissants. Nowhere to hang washing. As the owner spoke no English communication was a challenge.

This is a beautiful, quiet and green oasis in the middle of a gorgeous, small historic city. The room was full of character, the makings of the breakfast generous and thoughtfully provided and the courtyard garden is a delight to walk through or sit in. Wifi also worked well. Signora Rossella was always helpful, cheerful and kind-hearted. Our stay was a joy.

There could have been some fresh fruit for breakfast but the other breakfast food was great! The tables in the garden could use a little upgrading!

The staff were excellent. I arrived in the pouring rain and the kind owner met me at the room to permit entry even though it was almost midnight! The lady who works during the day is very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was no air conditioning but the weather was not so hot and I was very comfortable. The location allowed for perfect access to all the sites of Pienza. The gardens surrounding the place are very nice.

Nice b and b, situated in the old town. On arrival, we had trouble finding a parking space, but found one which was a short walk from the b and b. Reasonable sized room, clean and tidy. Breakfast supplied in the room. NIce owners, unobtrusive, but friendly and helpful. Fascinating old town. Everything is within a short walk.

The only thing that was difficult was the poor WiFi reception. We had some travel related issues that needed to be addressed and we had trouble finding a steady connection.

We had a delightful stay. The garden is beautiful and guests friendly! Rosella and Marco were very helpful in every way! They had special gluten free breakfast options for me and plenty of coffee! The bottle of wine was delicious.

The Wifi was very weak

The location is perfect - right in the center of Pienza. Landlady Rossella is very kind and helpful with all the information necessary. Fridge was filled with things for breakfast - room small but very cosy. Excellent experience ! Will be coming back absolutely !

The garden is a hidden gem in the stone city. Peaceful and silent place, hidden just two steps from a busy street. The room was clean and cosy. Good breakfast waited for us in the fridge. There is a coffee machine in the room as well. Very nice and kind hostess. Little rabbit lives in the garden. 🐇 Todd, Russi will miss you!
