The B&B is conveniently located near the train station (5 minutes walk) and close to the start of the pedestrian shopping streets leading to the Tower. Our host was particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self-service with plenty of choice.

The property is exquisitely decorated both in common areas and inside the rooms. We were nicely guided through all areas and appliances for the breakfast. The room is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the shower cabin is brand new and tidy. As for location, a walk to the train station takes around 5 minutes (a real benefit for travelling around the towns). Loved every minute of our stay, a huge thanks to the host!

There was no one living in the apt, so not really a B&B, more like an AirBnB.

Close to train station. Good sized room and updated bathroom. Host was responsive to all texts.

I stayed only one night over weekend so probably some food festival was going on. Lucky I had earplugs because it was super noisy in the night outside (loud music).

Location is great, 5 min walk from train station. 20-25 min walk to airport. Just outside of old town. Supermarket next door.

Toilet seat was mini. I’m a medium sized man and was ok..if you are big it will be tight!

Comfortable room an bed. Host was very helpful and gave good information on what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was good with self service and excellent coffee.and cakes. Very good location near to everything including railway station. We could leave our bags after check out and pick them up later.

We were disappointed that breakfast wasn't fresh, only prepacked sponges and croissants, sliced bread, and supermarket packaged pancakes. No fresh bread, nor fresh croissants, or fruit. Coffee, juice and tea were good. Toilet was uncomfortably small too.

There was NOTHING we did not like, we absolutely loved every feature, especially the personal attention to details Paola offered.

I strictly went by description on line. From the original communication to our "sad" goodbye, the location, comfort, and cleanliness were above expectations. I cannot sing enough praises. Paola was always available. Our six night stay was perfect from the time we entered the charming apartment to our exit.

I noticed that sounds might travel to other rooms easily but all the guest were quiet ones during our stay.

The distance from railway station was perfect! Our room was on the back side of the building and very quiet.

It was not very easy to locate the place as there were no noticeable signs indicating there was a hotel in this building and where it was.

Elevator was small and tight. Ssoap dispenser in bathroom very heavy and awkward to use. It may have fallen down before, as the sink was cracked. Very small toilet seat.

Very charming, helpful host,though she hardly speaks any English. Good breakfast selections, all self-serve in the dining area. Coffee machine is a bit tricky to use, but makes great coffee. A/C worked okay.

Very convenient for the station and central Pisa. Paola met us at the time we asked and allowed us to leave our luggage until departure time. Generous breakfast with good choice. Comfy shared area.

Very cozy B&B, with a view of the Leaning Tower from the terrace. For breakfast, in addition to sweets, a selection of meats and cheeses and the option of toast. Paola is an over-sympathetic and very helpful person. We had a very early flight for which she helped us order a cab and was ready to answer my phone at night if something was wrong, but fortunately there was no need, as I think I would have had a hard time making it at 4 am. If you are planning to stay in Pisa, this is the perfect accommodation.

Poor wifi signal and my wife didn’t care to climb the small circular stairway.

Nice room above the main part of the B & B with a view of the leaning tower from the window in the bathroom. Plentiful breakfast consisting of meats, cheeses, some fresh baked goods along with prepackaged breads and other snacks. Juices and fresh coffee were also available until 1000 am. Paola was quite friendly and explained well in English. Comfortable bed and nice shower.
