It was one of the most welcoming place I stayed. Breakfast is delicious as well as the food they prepare for you in the evening. And the backyard just invites you to stay and drink a glass of spritz.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The converted yard into a garden/inside park was very nice and could be very pleasant if I had a time to enyoy it. I also liked the comunity feel of the place.

All was good

The host is super nice and helpful. He gave me tips on what to visit, where to eat and was overall a great pleasure to talk to during breakfast. The hotel is close to a metro station, around 4 minutes walking. The rooms are big and spacious and all is clean. I liked that the shower has really good pressure.

Couldn't have been better for the value

The host was very welcoming and went out of his way to explain City map, places of interest, restaurants for food. He also offered take away sandwiches for our journey

The breakfast, although very delicious, was poor with 1 croissant and 1 small sandwich (you couldn't choose, the staff brought it to you) and as a result, we felt hungry after a couple of hours. It would be better if there was a buffet to choose from so that we could feel full and get satisfied with what we paid for!

The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable , the hotel was close to the metro station and the staff was very friendly!

The owners and staff are so friendly. Having breakfast in the morning with either of the brother owners was an absolute treat. Also, Sushi Plus is about three blocks away, is delicious, and it's by the metro station.

Great location near the Metropolitan red line and few bus lines available nearby. The breakfast was great, few options but of high quality. Hosts always available, helpful and polite.

The walls are a tad thin, I could hear other showers being used & someone snoring in the next room through the night. Earplugs helped though.

Nicola and his brother run this hotel for about 25 years. The place is unique and has a charm. I appreciate how the place is taken care of. The cozy courtyard is a nice touch. The location is great.. where do you find a place for the price you pay? 3 minutes to metro, and 20 minutes to Duomo Milano. I will come back! Thank you, guys!

We loved this hotel.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro station, from which you can get to the city centre in approximately 15 minutes. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, with some restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. We got upgraded and lived in a triple room, which consisted of 2 small rooms. The hotel is cosy and clean, and the owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is Italian breakfast (coffee or tea, juice, a croissant and a sandwich). There is Lidl and other shops nearby.
