This property was walking distance from the train station-10 minutes- close to bus stop - 1/2 block and 15-30 minutes to the Museum Academies, the Uffuzzi-, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo! It was great!

The lighting when entering the building took some getting used to as you often had to find the lights.

It was close to the train station which is near to Santa Maria Novella plaza and the center. Nicely decorated in vintage furniture.the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet although right outside was a busy street. The staff gave great help. They immediately oriented me to locations of sites in the city. Nice breakfast with lots of options.

not exactly in the city center, the neighborhood at night is not 100% safe, elevator not always working, pour lighting in the stairs area, tiny room, poor soundproof

The breakfast is not very rich, but the products are really fresh and tasty, enough to start the day.

Very nice and clean hotel, nice staff, 10-15 minutes walk to the centre and very close to the train station. We will be back here.

Lovely room and gorgeous dining breakfast area. Sam the owner and Angela who worked at BNB daily were lovely, caring, always attentive and at your service. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and always abundance of whatever you wanted! Fresh and prepared on morning by Angela. I would stay there without hesitation again, and hope to return next year! It felt like home and very safe area as well!

It’s an old building so the walls are quite thin - I could hear the television from the room next to mine.

The property was clean, the room was of good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, just outside a tram stop. A five minute walk from the station and only fifteen minutes from the centre. I had to do the self check in and the videos and messages on how to do so were clear and precise. Breakfast was simple but good.

LOL an inconspicuous place that turned out to be a real treasure among the hotels and b&b in Florence. Beautiful room design, full of decorations and details referring to the boutique style. Great location - a few minutes walk to Santa Maria Novella train station, 20/25 minutes walk to Florence's biggest attractions. A bus stop is a few meters from the b&b. The biggest advantage of this place, however, is the very, very nice and helpful owner :). Thank you for a wonderful stay and conversations :) I will definitely come back :)

The breakfast was pretty good but would have been nice to have scrambled eggs for breakfast (like in the promotional photos) not boiled eggs, and more savoury food not sweet food.

Close to train station, quiet at night, 15 min walk to attractions, friendly and helpful staff, quality furnishings, lovely bed and shower, very big room.

Checked in after 8pm. A little complicated. Communication was good but instructions were a little confusing. A fair amount of road and train noise.

Great coffee, nice breakfast, clean cozy room. Taxi app provided worked well.

How lucky was we to find this Gem! Angela thank you so much for your hospitality. You made great suggestions and made sure we was alright! The room was as expected, very clean and the decor was amazing. Breakfast was decent and the coffee even better! Great Location especially close to the station for travelling to other cities. Nothing to criticize! The only caveat is that it’s not right in the town centre, but I prefer that as Florence is quite crowded. The station is a nondescript 10 minute walk and then you are in the thick of it. The tram line to other parts of Florence is close.

The staff! Very open and helpful. Angela at reception is a terrific person and facilities are very clean, very quiet. My room was nice, comfortable and well equipped. The typical Italian breakfast looked good and fresh - cold juice, coffee machine, pastry, fruit, boiled eggs, etc. (I don’t eat breakfast so can’t say definitively). The place is charming, like a converted large Italian family dwelling in a solid traditional building.
