Only thing I can think of is the shower was only semi functional. Water pressure was low and it was difficult to adjust the temp. Nothing worth making a fuss over though.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. View from the room was extrordinary. Room was very comfortable. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was more accomodating. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Lovely view over the water from the balcony, and from the breakfast room. Very nice hotel, with clean rooms. Delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just outside of Amalfi, but can be walked in ten minutes. I used the parking, which was a little scary to get into, but much appreciated.

The location was amazing. Up in the hills but pretty close to "downtown" Amalfi. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was great with beautiful views. Our room also had a terrace with views you can't match in most places.

The only thing I can think of is it was a little warm in the room. The AC was just alright. The walk to Amalfi was I little farther than we had thought. About 20 minutes.

I wished the hotel to have a private pool but it's OK the beach was very close walking distance.

The view from my room was wonderful, breath-taking. It's a wow, full view on the sea and on the city of amalfi. Wonderful room with a romantic decoration. Francesca was so helpful she arranged my parking and the restaurant for my proposal. The breakfast was very nice. Grazié mille.

Lovely hotel comfortable . A short walk downhill into Amalfi centre. We used the regular local bus to get back. Our room was big with French doors onto a huge terrace with stunning views of the sea and town . Staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast spread was great. Plentiful choice. Set us up for our day. A couple of restaurants within walking distance but easy enough to walk into town to try the host of eateries there. Would definitely recommend.

The views were gorgeous. Room and bed were decent size. It was clean and had a nice balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffees were perfect to start the day. Even the soaps had a great smell. AC worked well.

The location was good. A little away from the chaos of Amalfi town center, yet walkable to it. We didn't feel limited in our ability to explore the area at all. The views from the hotel are amazing and you get to have breakfast with an amazing view every day of your stay. We stayed for 5 days. The breakfast was great every day and the hotel staff were very attentive in handling all the small things like remembering what coffee you like or arranging hot water in the room for the baby or providing guidance for nearby excursions. Their service team is amazing. We had accidentally forgotten our passports in the room when we left the hotel for Naples. Our flight was the next day and we would have been really stuck. Their staff found the documents and messaged us when we reached Naples. I imagined that I would have to spend the rest of our day going back to Amalfi to pick up the docs and panicking about the ferry and taxi availability. However, they were able to arrange for a taxi driver to pick up the documents from the hotel and have it delivered to our hotel in Naples at a very reasonable price (almost the same as the round trip ferry cost). This kind of service goes above and beyond the normal and is a sign of a hotel that really cares about its customers rather than simply trying to make money off tourism. Would highly recommend.

This is more due to the area of Amalfi, but the hike from the town up to the hotel is a little tough. I would definitely recommend a taxi to get your bags up and down. But then you can walk 15mins without bags without too much trouble..

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. They were attentive to all our needs. Breakfast offered the usual brioches, cereals, cold cuts, rolls, hard boiled eggs. But they also offered scrambled eggs and omelets if you asked.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It is the perfect base to explore the Amalfi coast. The staff are so kind, helpful and lovely - special thank you to Francesca and Michele for their warmth and hospitality. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed, and have blackout shades so you can have a lazy sleep in without the sun waking you up in the morning :-D. The property is easy to access from the ferry terminal - you can get a 5-minute taxi or golf cart ride from the ferry to the hotel, and there are no stairs to navigate (unlike everywhere else in Italy!). Plus they have an elevator :-D. Breakfast is excellent and the views of the coast are incredible! The hotel is on a hill about 20-minutes downhill walk to the ferry terminal/town center. I loved the location, as it’s away from the crowds and chaos of the town center but a quick walk when you want to go. To come back uphill, you can walk or take the bus for under 2 Euro (or take a taxi). I’m already planning to come back and stay here next year!
