We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I could leave in my luggage before the check-in time, the breakfast was at a Caffe in the building. The room has very nice furniture and the bathroom is very modern. Everyday cleaning is included in the payment.

Location is amazing, only a few minutes away from Vatican museums and metro station. We got coupons for breakfast in the downstairs bistro which had wonderful food and even better staff. We are deffinately coming back here when we return to Rome

Very valuable during the extremely hot summer days, because in addition to a good air conditioning we even had a filtered and cooled water for drinking for free all the time. I also would really like to praise the breakfasts at the street cafe in the same building.
