The room could use a carpet on the floor, to make it cozier and warmer. The walls between the rooms are thin. Also, if the other guests are loud in the kitchen area during breakfast time, that can bother you as well. The kitchen is small, so if you overlap with others you might have to wait in order to have a seat at the kitchen table.

Good location, close to a metro station, restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed, it didn’t close. There is no room cleaning service and we stayed 4 nights.

The room was big and clean. It is located in a good area, very close to the metro. The breakfast was ok, we had to serve ourself with the products from the kitchen.

The hosts, Fernando and Velia were very friendly and flexible accommodating our check in/check out requests. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and conveniently located close to two subway stations, a shuttle stop to Fiumicino airport and a supermarket.

It was a bit noisy in the morning because of the supermarket logistics nearby.

The place is very convenient because the shuttle bus to/from Fiumicino stops right in front of the building. The breakfast was also very good.

Great breakfasts with a lot of choice of what we want to eat, there is a metro nearby which takes you to the most important attractions in the city, very quiet area, and if the room has a balcony, it's a nice option to spend time in the evening

We were travelling as group of 8 people that needed 4 separate rooms, so had rented the whole flat and it was an excellent choice - we had enough privacy but also had a common area for evening chats. The place actually consists of 3 separate units with own bathrooms (one unit has two rooms, other two are single rooms) and common kitchen and lobby. There is a perfect connection to the airport (direct bus line, stop is literally in front of the building), metro and bus stations are very close, supermarket is in the same building, restaurants, fast-food and pasticeria places are in the neighborhood. The building and the flat are nice and clean, the surrounding area is residential that looks very decent and safe, The kitchen is well equipped, the provided breakfast supplies had all needed for various tastes, there is a lot of plates and glasses. Our hosts are very nice people, we had perfect welcome and overall communication and they showed great flexibility with arranging the check-in and check-out that helped us a lot to spend maximum of our time in Rome for sightseeing. The host's effort to make a stay pleasant for the guests is visible in the whole flat. We felt very comfortable, safe and welcome from all the people we met in the building - not only the hosts but also the building receptionist, neighbors, cleaning lady...

Great location - Just a short bus trip from Airport - Bus Stop right outside il Segno- Just a few minutes walk to the Metro Great food in Trattoria Sora Pia just down the street. Fernando and Velia were very helpful and provided us with great information. The breakfast was very good.

The apartments are rooms separated from one large apartment, which takes away some privacy. Shared kitchen quite embarrassing. Breakfasts are market cakes in plastic, nothing fresh. At least one of the recommended restaurants was a classic tourist trap. Quite far from the center. An uninteresting view from the window (back of the shop or courtyard well)

Nice host, told a lot about Rome. A very comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Access to the washing machine. Apartment very close to the shuttle bus to the airport, close to buses and the subway.

- great location with easy access to public transport (airport shuttle bus, metro, buses) - shops and restaurants in the nearest neighborhood - well-equipped kitchen and utilities room - fridge and a/c in the room - nice and responsive staff and host - city maps and tips received during check in

The location is very well connected to the city center main attractions and to the airport. The room was clean and had all the amenities we would need. Fernando, our host, was wonderful, very nice and welcoming, gave us tips and recommendations for places to visit and where to eat authentic food and some history lessons:) Thank you so much for your hospitality!
