Excellent location, we were in the heart of the historic centre, few hundred meters away from L’Area and Piazza Delle Erbe. The B&B was clean and tidy, and located in a quiet street. The bed and pillows were really comfy. Really good breakfast in good quality tableware, this shows how they gave attention to details. Nicola and Giulia were extremely kind; they recommended excellent restaurants and tourist attraction to visit.

If you want to go out to have dinner in nice not touristy place, you have to make reservations, other wise it's in God's hands 😁

Perfect! Very close to main street in centre. Easy to find. Host was super! Suggested really nice more local places fo have dinner!

I can imagine that it would get very very noisy with the other rooms occupied, a couple used the room next to ours on the second night and you could hear them very clearly through the walls (this was after they woke us up with the late arrival :-( ). Breakfast is provided but not in the appartment, you have to walk 10 mins to a local cafe for it. Parking is also referenced but the parking is in the city some 15 mins walk away and costs 21 Euro's a day. there isnt room to park outside without blocking the road so best to use the main carpark unless its raining

They went to a lot of trouble to make us feel at home here, the place was very clean and the amenities excellent. He told us the places to eat which were excellent and good value, he was always available to answer questions so a big thank you for that. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker plus tea, coffee and milk etc - marvellous! The kitchen/communal area is shared by three other appartments but we had the place to ourselves for the first day which was great, we had the double room with the adjoining bathroom. The location is perfect!

The double rooms proximity to the triple room was a bit noisy in the night with the neighbours banging both their door and the bathroom several times. Not much you can do about that though.

I am giving a maximum rate even of our experience wasn't perfect - a pipe broke on a bathroom near our room and we didn't have water in our bathroom. But the place is gorgeous, the location perfect and the staff very kind.

The electrical socket to charge my phone was coming out of the wall. A quick fix!

the only slight issue we had was the noise: past 11pm our neighbors were using the kitchen as if they were the only people in the flat. some construction noise started around 5am, it sounded like they were working in the room, even though the windows were already closed.

the location is especially great. the photos on booking were the same as the room we stayed, so it was exactly what we expected.

Perfekt location. We booked the deluxe apartment which was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 girls 16 and 14 ys). Very nice and clean. We booked with breakfast which was served at a nearby cafe...together with the locals. Perfect place and a very nice cafe. Il Tenore also serve snack, coffee and small juice for free. Good service.

I wish the walls were a bit thicker. We could hear someone snoring in another room.
