The best hosts ever, very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. For the motorcycle's was offered place in garage for free. Near by plenty good restaurants. Great value for the price.

The breakfast was great, but sometimes the pastries seemed a bit old.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room was lovely. The breakfast filled us up for the day. It is in a nice quiet area, but also you can walk to restaurants that are very close, and in about a half an hour you can walk to other sights and beaches.

We stayes there for only one night but we really enjoyed staying there and parking possiblejust in front of the hotel. Really nice rooms and super cute patios. The breakfast was really good. Would a 100% recommend.

Location is quiet but for the same reason a bit far from commodities 15 min walk aprox.

Very charming hotel with lovely small patios used for breakfast and lounging, very helpful staff and located in a quiet side street. Breakfast was excellent. Check in done online in advance makes it much quicker on arrival so one can relax straight away

This is a family owned business with lots of Charme and character. The rooms are unique and situated quite privately. There are beautiful sitting spaces outside and inside and parking right out front.

No AC in the reception nor in the hall. We probably wouldn't have noticed it at any other time, but we came during a heatwave, and you could feel the big difference between the temperature of the room and the hall.

The staff was extremely friendly! Location was great, 2 minutes from all restaurants and 5 min to main beach Porto Fraili and Red Rocks beach. AC in the room Good breakfast

The hotel is a well refined gem in the middle of Arbatax. They have a nice garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or an aperitivo before dinner. The staff is lovely and always available for tips and suggestions. The breakfast is excellent. The parking is free and the nearest beach is 15 minutes walk.

Great hotel with lovely staff and secure underground motorcycle parking. Lounge / garden drinks service in place of bar. Nice breakfast but no restaurant - short walk to a couple of decent options.

Absolutely amazing hotel. I dont even know where to start with the compliments. If you are looking for a hotel in Arbatax/Tortoli search no more. Beautiful rustical design, so beautifully clean and taken care of, amazing staff (reception, maids, etc) - everyone was so lovely, pleasant and caring with a smile on their faces. This hotel really made us feel we are welcomed, truly welcomed, not just out of politeness but truly from the heart of the employees. Best shower ever I found in any hotel - great water pressure and water temperature. Also this hotel had a beautiful terrace with flowers and plants. So cozy and cute. Amazing breakfasts outside in a garden again full of flowers and plants. And we cant forget about the amazing "porter" this hotel has. A lovely silver cat that is always around the entrance being cute and fluffy ♥️ I havent found a single negative thing I could say about this hotel and believe me when I say Im hard to please when it comes to hotels. Much love to everybody in this hotel. If I ever am in Arbatax again you are my pick♥️

The TV was small, kids didn't appreciate but me and my husband didn't really mind. There is a moldy smell in the room but you get used to it.

Very friendly, kind and competent staff. The hotel is run by a nice family eager to satisfy the clients. The hotel is lovely, the garden is really beautiful and the patio where breakfast is held is wonderful. Room was big, with high ceiling. Parking is in front of the hotel.

Strategically located, very close to the beach, this hotel is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Ogliastra. The landlord and his family are very kind and helpful, always available with spot-on suggestions (including wonderful lonely roads and great landscapes). The hotel is a cozy and very quiet place. Breakfast is a joy for local cakes and sweets lovers.

Not their fault, but as all other old buildings, sound isolation wasn’t top top top. You could hear other wc flush from other room but nothing dramatic.

Nothing bad to say! A big and conforatable room, very clean, big bathroom, and no light from outside by the morning. Staff very very cordial and there for you. Breakfast had a lot of variety.
