The only disadvantage was the lack of room. We had two big suitcases - impossible to place them anywhere open.

Nice hotel close to the city centre, not right on the main tourist street so there was no noise. The room was very small but had a plenty of storage place (shelves, cabinets), air-conditioning, everyday room-cleaning service. There is a small bar in the hotel where you can have a coffee or alcoholic drinks. The parking in front of the hotel was full so we had to park on a close secure parking. To sum it up - everything worked there, nothing was problem. Definitely recommended.

Room was a bit small but had a balcony which was a bonus and was very clean, sheets and towels changed regularly.

Staff were very informative and couldn't do enough to help us. Excellent coffee and hot milk at breakfast, with croissants and home-made cake and jam. Delicious!

The breakfast was very OK - let me say much better that you can meet in similar hotels, but still nothing I would be remembering this stay for. Free parking with 24/7 security, free rental of bikes whenever we wanted. Great location in the middle of promedane and a little bit hidden from the main street so you are on the main road within 30-40 meters and still you can sleep very well in the night. I can recommend this hotel!

We liked everything about the hotel.

The staff were exceptional - from the minute we arrived, we felt at home. They couldn't have done more for us. Excellent buffet breakfast which you could eat outside if desired, was a delight. Waiting staff were also lovely. We loved the free bike hire which is ideal in Lido di Jesolo. All in all, a perfect quiet hotel in ideal location.

The beds were to short for tall people

Great location, we had room with large balcony which was great with two little kids. 1 Minute to Main street, 3 Minutes to the beach, very tasty breakfast! Also they have little playground for children outside the building with couple tables around, so it was perfect for us - we had some drinks while kids were playing in front of us.

Tiny rooms, some with quite old furniture. Bed linens were not changed during the whole week. Average breakfast. Main street was a bit noisy during the weekends.

Helpful and Friendly stuff. Terrace and garden on site. Small fridge in the room. Ability to park in a hotel or near by.

View from the balcony onto the back of shops, but there's nothing they can do about that. Lack of variation throughout the week with the hot breakfast menu, but that's a minor niggle.

Mostly everything was fine and dandy, I would be more than happy to stay there again.

    - very small bathroom, especially the shower - if you're a bigger person you might have trouble moving, really! - AC smelled funky and made strange noises - two small beds put together instead of one big bed - slim walls between rooms, there were French tourists all around who were noisy from early morning till late in the evening - the room was advertised having a laptop safe and slippers - none of those were there

The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, buses, etc. Staff very polite, attentive, helpful and friendly. They could work a bit on their English though as it looks like German is their main foreign language - this could be said for the whole area though. The room size is adequate, balcony as well and you don't pay additional fees for using a safe, fridge, AC and so on, everything is included. The reception sells tickets for Venice which is a great convenience and time saver. They have a nice, big lounge area. Breakfast was quite varied with a nice selection of cheese, Italian hams (including prosciutto and chorizo), vegetables and some sweeties. Wi-fi was perfect - working at full blast throughout the hotel, all the time. The hotel is kept really clean and looks rather modern, is not run down at all, nice decor. The parking in front is small, for 8 or 9 cars but you can also leave a car on a nearby guarded parking for free. The hotel offers free umbrella and sunbeds on the beach. Free rental bikes is a major plus, it's a joy to ride around Jesolo. For the money I would gladly stay there again.

Our room 56 in the annex was above a shop which played loud music in the morning (woke us up most days)and at night was really annoying, if not for this it would have been perfect

Location and the beach, room facilities were great

Breakfast was excellent, with everything from omelette to cereals or croissants, fruits, fresh juice. Staff very friendly, we have lost the room key one night and they were very helpful and didn't charge extra for the extra set of keys. The room was cleaned every day and everything was spotless. The room was kind of small, but that was not a problem for us.
