Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe room size was very small. In the middle there was a large bed that filled practically the entire room, and on the side there was an additional bunk bed the size of a child. I was traveling with 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13) years old and we were very cramped. Deckchairs expensive 130 euros per week. It is not possible to lay out your towel on the hotel beach. The beach staff drove us away. The included drinks were poured into 100ml plastic cups. These are very small portions. Animations did not take place every day. They were intended more for small children up to 7 years old. The elders were not interested. If someone does not want to pay for the hotel parking lot, I recommend parking, for example, on Ronchi Street (perpendicular to the coast, right next to the hotel), 20 m from the hotel. We often had to wait a few minutes for the elevator, so we often chose the stairs. Important information for people with small children.
Very good food. Nice service. Possibility to rent bikes for 2 hours. The surroundings of the facility are very nice. Right on the beach. Daily room cleaning. The air conditioning in the room worked very well.

North MacedoniaThe breakfast, no greens and vegetables included. Didn’t like the responsibility of the workers, they didn’t check if we payed (and we paid online) and actually asked for paying 2 times
The beach in front of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant

RomaniaA hotel which is focused only on cost savings not on guests. One of the worst experiences...a.maximum 2 star hotel. Terrbile obsolete breakfast, 12 days the same food. Old cookies, old sausages, and the ham was impossible to eat. Brown bananas. We eat less then 50% of the time due to food safety concerns. The breakfast hall is absolutely crowded with tables, impossible to do not touch other people in order to get to your table. The schedule was until 9:30, but at 9 they already start taking away the food... 1 coffee machine for all guests, 1 water dispenser for all guests. Always a que and the location was in the alley, blocking access... The reception is slow, unfriendly, at arrival we waited 4 h for preparing our room. We arrived too early was the commment. The fact is they are understaffed in the clearing people.. Still they use a lot of papers and the booking is taking too long. First, they tried to book us with a view towards a construction building even if we paid sea view. Second, we found out that also the parking and the beach are not included, another 500 euros for 2 weeks... Moreover, as a gym person, I was shocked to find out that if you pay only breakfast option, you are not allowed to gym. :))) . This is unbelievable . How low can you go with the cost saving.? Another incredible topic is with the reception lady, someone from the hotel ordered a pizza and she was asking the guests in the reception who was it, as is forbidden to order food from outside. I ignored her totally as this kind of lack of respect and hospitality were unbelievable. Room, very small for a family of 4, is impossible to be rated as a 4 star hotel with this size. The shower doors are damaged and look like they are since ages in this condition.. My children had problems slipping in the beds. We had no space for 3 trolleys... The bathroom is also extremely small. The TV was the smallest I ever seen in the last 10 years and I spend around 30% of my time in hotels.

RussiaIt was the worst hotel stay ever. I travel a lot, but I've never seen such a bad 4-star hotel. This hotel deserves only one star. He only has a good location. Near the beautiful sea and the beach. Everything else is bad. The food is not tasty, it is not paznoobraznoe and there is very little of it. If you come to the restaurant half an hour after the opening, then there will be nothing left and there is nothing to eat. For some reason, there are no noramal dishes in the hotel, and everywhere they give plastic cups and kettles without lids. There is no water in the rooms, no glasses, no bedside tables. There is one elevator in the hotel, which is constantly not working or busy! Guests and staff with dirty laundry travel together in it. The staff is not competent. Guests are not welcomed, they do not explain anything. No fitness, no pool. There are few staff, so there are queues everywhere. There is no entertainment except the beach. The rest is terrible. Nothing good but the sea!
Only the sea and the beach! But this is not the merit of this hotel. I can't say anything good about the hotel. Everything is bad!

SloveniaWe were staying in the last open week of the hotel and in our room there was already no warm water. In two days problem was solved, but I have to tell that the staff in the hotel in the mean time fulfill every our whish that we had because of it. For example we were traveling with a 2 year old child and when we needed our water to be heated to prepeare milk, staff instead of heating the water made hot milk for us. In my opinion a 4 star hotel should be lending bicycles to their guests for free. It is a common thing in many hotels I've already been.
Location is perfect, right next to the beach and you can still walk to any place in Rimini. Room and hotel was clean. I would especially like to give credit to the whole staff who was very pleasant and kind. We had dinner and breakfast while staying there and both meals are rich with possible varieties. Especially at dinner you can experience many very interesting new dishes and have a gastronomical tour of tastes. Hotel is also lending strollers for free, a service which I didn't notic written anywhere.
