Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandBreakfast was good but I missed eggs , at least they have ham and cheese as a protein , it wasn’t just sweet things, apparently they like eating sweet croissants in Sicily during the breakfast time. Wifi didn’t work in our room :(
The location is excellent, close to all restaurants and the port. The staff was very friendly and speaks English ( the young guy), room was very well cleaned every day, with shower gel and etc… hot shower was wonderful, very strong. Air con working properly, very modern hotel. Our room was very quiet facing to the castle.

United KingdomOur bedroom was close to the breakfast area and was very noisy from early morning. Staff were also talking loudly and shouting in the morning, and some were not very smiley and nice. Hotel should have had a bar area or something similar as this is common in hotels. Felt more like a B&B because there was no offer for lunch or dinner.
Good central location. Rooms were clean and a great size, bathroom was modern and bright. Breakfast was good but for a hotel we expected more fresh fruit, more Italian delicacies or generally more variety. The common are was clean and had a nice design. Staff were lent us a beach umbrella and helped us organise a moto scooter.

United KingdomBecause our room was located on the ground floor next to reception sometimes was little bit noisy but hey ho have an earplugs for good sleep is always recommended
Insula hotel is located in a very good spot, just 3 minutes to the centre. We have arrived in the noon and decided not to hire the bike as wasn't point to pay only for couple hours. The location was perfect as we have been able to walk only 20 minutes to Cala moni !! The room we have been in was modern, very clean and bed super comfortable (my partner have a back problem so you can imagine). The reception team very friendly (especially huge thanks to the girl with black long hair) and informative. Breakfast delicious with many options, lady serving very nice too. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend to everyone.

SpainRoom 59 on the ground floor is the worst, the water pump don’t stop making noise all day all night. It’s like a torture every 30 seconds making a horrible noise and when I talked to the reception he was very rude and he got angry and started saying this is what there is we can’t offer anything else and that it will stop and it won’t be the whole time and it was a lie. then he called his colleague and he started making fun of me in Italian. Very bad and unfriendly staff. Never again, be careful of the room 59 ground floor is where they keep the water pump.
The location is good and good facilities.
