The bathroom was strange. There was a tub but hardly any force to the faucets. You had to start them long before you climbed in if you wanted a hot bath. The shower was not hot. The water would only get somewhat warm. The bathtub plug was broken and didn’t work in the tub unless you pulled it out and turned it upside down. There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom that made a loud sound when stepped on. The cool setting on the a/c didn’t work, which seems par for the course with 4 star hotels.

Shower was very small and door was leaking water. Bed made a lot of noise with every little movement. Wifi is shared with all guests of the Hotel, unlike other Hotels which provide an access point for every individual room.

No renovations have been done for a very long time, it needs updating. Everything is very used and the carpet is very dirty from use. If other rooms use the toilet or shower, then when the water passes through the pipes you can hear everything. Very strong audibility of everything that happens in the building. But there are no sounds from the street.

Very convenient location. Very close to the station and not far from the historical center. Pleasant receptionists.

Desperately need a toaster in the morning for breakfast. Machine currently in use takes 20 minutes to produce toast.

The room we had could use some updating. The furnishings and bathroom were a bit shabby but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The location is very close to the train and bus station, which is exactly what we needed for our quick stop. The area isn't particularly pretty but it's safe and quiet and only a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the old town. Our room was quiet and I slept well. Nice view out of big windows that open for fresh air.

Bearing in mind they are refurbishing the hotel the walls and carpet to rooms and corridors were grubby.

There were only sheets on the bed with no other bedding available, even though the air conditioning was on & centrally controlled. On enquiry I was told the hotel had no blankets or doonas! It was possible to have the AC turned off from reception, so that solved the chill factor. The restaurant isn't open on Sunday, & only many kebab/pizza shops open nearby

I have no legitimate complaints. Would be cool to have a balcony one can walk out on, but I'm no architect or engineer. It's not even really a complaint because I didn't even think about it after first noticing it was just a window. It's proximity to the train station far greatly outweighed the lack of some luxurious view.

Breakfast was fantastic. It wasn't super fancy but had a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. It had very healthy options as well. Room was very spacious and comfortable. It actually matched what the photos advertised, and I greatly appreciate that part.

Close to the station, so a lot of people cruising around.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but pleasant, location is perfect for exploring old part of town. Room was quite spacious, bathroom exceptionally big. We were there on hot summer day, was missing the air-condition unit in the room, but managed somehow, since we were in the room really just to sleep. Staff was very helpful and nice.
