Bar was closed. Self service to get a warm beer from an open fridge at the reception is not something I expected from NH hotels. The fridge in the room was not cold. So in all, not recommended.

Some rude staff. Location is terrible. No bar which was the main reason we booked as we were part of a larger group. There was a small mini bar in reception but the price of everything increased shortly after we arrived. Terrible experience

First of the underground parking was in operational and we were not informed prior to our booking which is a big problem since we chose this hotel primarily for the underground parking another thing was the price for the dog which was 25 Euros for one night wich is ludicrous

We booked 3 rooms with big beds. During check-in recepcion let wait us much. After check in i realised that rooms are not same as what we reserved. When i talked them about this sutiation they informed me that rooms were full which we booked. Thats why they gave us different rooms. I annouced them them no need to cheated us, if you be honest it is okey but you made us wrong. Then after there nothing happened. We paid extra money and they didnt appologize. No good! I don t suggest them.

we booked a king size bed room but got a much smaller size bed the receptionist tried to call the other hotel but they didn’t have either. I don’t understand if we book it online and got the confirmation than how come there was not available when we got there. The hotel supposed to give us a discount than but nothing like that . So it was quite disappointing.

The female attendant who greeted us at the reception gave such a cold and reluctant welcome that my wife and I could not understand, we couldn't understand her English because of her accent, and we told her to write what she wanted to tell on the phone, she frowned. It was really bad staff.

The room was clean, details such as clean towels and slippers for the shower were considered. Many people were there for business travel. Not close to the city center, 20 minutes by car from the airport.

As my experience i supossed to have a electric kettle in the room but there wasn't. Any bus can reach the hotel! Just there is one bus with 19 minutes on foot. If you be there on the weekends, you have to wait for that more than 1 hour!!!! So the best way to reach the city center would be the taxi! We did not find tgese Items in the room so we had to ask from reception to bring it to us: Slippers Toothpaste Toothbrush Towel for swimingpool

No Drinking Water provided Room was without Aircon or Heater. It was very hot and staff was not ready to provide or answer solution to the problem

No internet, when we complained they told me that they will move me to another floor, however there was no internet in the hotel except the lobby. Also, very far from the center with no buses in the vicinity and Taxis very expensive.

It was just our pit stop for 1 night. So didn't really think of anything bad.

Big, beautiful and clean room. Location was just perfect close to highway and not too far from the Bologna City Center.
