Breakfast was served in the room, which was nice, but not on par with the room (and the price). Cheap bread, toasted on one side only, with basic butter and jam from supermarket , etc.. I would also have preferred having someone at reception, or some basic welcome information such as what is in the neighborhood, what is the property able to arrange/offer, etc. We only got shown the room after someone opened the door remotely, and that's it. For the price and the quality of the room, we would have expected at least an A4 sheet of paper with a welcome and some info.

The location is fantastic, the room big and very nice, and the bed and pillows comfortable. Definitely a luxury feeling.

When we arrived to the hotel door was closed. We had to call the staff so they can open the door remotly. I hope we could have been informed ahead of time about this process.

Rooms where recently renovated with good sound inulation from street noise. Very spacious for european standards with good room design also. Very conmfy bed.

A very average breakfast. But one is in Rome so many places to eat to compensate for this.

The location was excellent and an easy walk to the venue of the conference I was attending. The room was spacious and well facilitated. Clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and clear on what the rules of the house were. Very friendly and available to help.

Bigger bed would be nice, facilities for ironing or laundry service. Glasses and/or bowls/plates/cutlery in room would’ve been useful.

The breakfast was a little bit basic in terms of the options but still enjoyed.

Clean and modern apartment with a lovely big bed and huge bathroom with double sink and shower! The apartment is well located for tourist sites but feels like it’s in a quieter area of the city, really enjoyed sitting in the piazza matteo for drinks in the evening. We were happy to be able to leave our bags with reception for a few hours after we checked out.

Location was amazing, everywhere was within walking distance. There is an amazing restaurant just down the street which is a must visit, especially the tasting menu. It was really comfortable and cosy. Would recommend to everyone.

Miscommunication & missed messages confirming airport shuttle, which I’ve experienced a couple of times through booking .com, but wasn’t the end of the world as the no.40 bus goes direct from Roma Termini within a few mins walk of the property after 4 stops (15 mins).

Very spacious, well presented & comfortable room. Warm, powerful shower. Great base for exploring the main sites which I didn’t actually do this visit due to thunderstorms and a poorly tum after one very oily meal. I spent a day in bed which Kame Hall was the perfect base for - Uber Eats from Buddy Veggy was amazing! The ladies who bring the breakfast and clean the room were very lovely & efficient. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Super clean, comfortable and quiet tucked away in a backstreet near a beautiful little piazza. Easy walking to just about everything and great coffee and restaurants around every corner. The bed was incredible, the bathroom beautifully modern with heated towel racks and the check in / out was super easy. Will definitely stay again when in Rome.
