We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaThe rooms were small for a superior room. The terrace (only one room had it) was lovely but not very clean and very poorly equipped. Although the bathroom was large, the shower was very small. In one of the rooms there were stairs leading to the bathroom which is not very convenient. Breakfast was good, but could be more varied.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. Several good restaurants in vicinity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Welcome drink was much appreciated. Room and bathroom were very clean.

United States of AmericaI wish they were more generous with their towels! They are comparatively thin to some other places. One day they had hung my used towel on the back of the door and i couldn't find it and called them. They came up and showed me where it was. Well, it was still wet, and not drying on a rack but hung on a hook. ... I had to specifically ask for another one. So. My really serious request for this place is to be more generous with your towels!
The breakfast had a nice setting. I wish the staff knew a little bit more English and I could have interacted with them better. The pace is a bit slow since they serve you (which is very nice, but you have to give them time to prepare eggs or something like this) so just be aware of this.

UkraineOur family has the best experience in this hotel. Everything was at a really high level. Location is perfect, close to city center. The hotel had its incredible atmosphere, which could be seen in every detail: reception, room, paintings, even the terrace and mugs for morning coffee. And honestly, it's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are very cosy with incredible lovely view on Tuscany's landscape. Every room is dedicated to some compositor. We stayed at Beethoven. Breakfast impresses with variety of foods, which is really tasty. You can take it on beautiful terrace on in dining room. Also the hostess was so kind and so lovely, very-very gently lady ❤️ She proposed us something to drink during checkout and explained everything about the city, recommend restaurants for dinner. We are so happy, that spent weekend at L'Imperatice Hotel
