We up graded the room it was in a fabulous location - the staff were amazing beautiful and clean x

Small things, mostly maintenance items, that should have been resolved for a hotel of this standard. Blackout curtain broken, light bulbs not working…and a cloth shower curtain that should really be a glass screen. Daily checks of these items would ensure a perfect stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to help with any requests. Excellent location with beautiful views of the bay.

Overpriced for dated room. No pressure in shower. Lack of communication from reception resulted in no reservation for dinner. Very disappointing attitude from maître d.

The rooms could do with an update, we stayed in a junior suite and a TV offered only a couple of channels, no iron or coffee making facilities. The view from our balcony was nice whilst standing however blocked as soon as you sat down by a wall. Breakfast finished at 10 am which meant there was no chance for a lie in, there was a good selection however and staff were always on hand to clear plates and bring coffee/tea. We ate at the restaurant pool bar only once I’m very underwhelmed with the quality and price.

this is a traditional Sardinian hotel with bags of character, the staff are fantastic especially reception staff and work hard to meet your stay as comfortable as possible. They have a fantastic swimming pool and Gardens with ample sun lounges. The location is walking distance from the main town. We found a hotel peaceful and quiet so take a couple of books to keep yourself amused.

hot water in shower was a bit inconsistent (seemed to turn itself down and then back up again every 30 seconds or so). but that’s all really.

Amazing location. views back along the beach are incredible. beautiful gardens. private beaches are small but very lovely. we really enjoyed swimming across the bay. breakfast was excellent. staff were lovely and helpful.

Bathroom could be upgraded

Breakfast is excellent. Scenery and location are excellent as well. Happy faces and smiling personnel are polite and always helpful. We had no problem during our stay. Access to the beach and the sea is beautiful. Yes, the condition of the room is a bit old(especially the bathroom), but still acceptable. Quiet and peaceful place in the nature.

We had one dinner there and it seemed very rushed and busy. The food was ok for dinner not great and it was expensive. Drinks at pool bar were expensive also. We liked going in town for dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and very good service. Great breakfast with many choices. Gorgeous pool and the outside grounds were very well kept.

We booked dinner at €120 excluding drinks ~ rip off ! Youngsters in t shirts serving meals not elders in jacket & tie, as per website. Room nothing like website & no view. Refused to pay for beds on beach ~ another rip off !

The Hotel has a great location and a private beach just 3 mins away walking. Room was spacious and really comfortable. The staff is 5* always ready to help. At the end of our stay we needed to change clothes and take a shower since we spent the day at the beach. They have a room the guests can use, free of charge, where we could take a shower and change. This is the type of service that in the end makes a difference to other places. Will definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing was that the air conditioning didn’t work properly in our room. However, the hotel were quick to respond and fixed it (twice)!

The location, the family feel and the excellent service by all of the staff made our first trip to Sardinia very special. We booked half board and the food was wonderful- lots of variety, fresh fish and delicious pasta. The restaurant was a joy to eat in overlooking the bay. The cleanliness of our room was excellent and the beautiful gardens well maintained. Cannot fault the place.

Perfect location with beautiful gardens and pool. It had 2 small private beaches. The hotel was tucked away, with no passing traffic nor pedestrians.
