SloveniaThey say they have free parking but they don't have thier own car park and you must park on the street, which is free,but can be very full and difficult to find a free spot. In the bathroom you will find hair and body shampoo, but this was produced in China in 2016 and the expiry date is 2019, so they are offering you this in 2023/24 and i believe this is not very professional.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and also speak English very well , the location is ok too. The beds are comfortable. If you are staying in Novara there are not many options so this hotel is ok.

FranceThe hotel is in a residential area and there is not a big choice of restaurants around.
The hotel and the rooms were nicely furnished, with character and a bit quirky. The toiletry in the room was very good and there were some toothbrushes! The breakfast was excellent and varied with lots of homemade cakes and even the possibility of having freshly baked croissants! All the personnel was very kind and really doing everything to help.

United Arab EmiratesThere was no safe in the room and although they tried to replace it, they brought one which wasn't functioning and the day staff never solved this despite repeated notes left by the receptionist on duty at night. Breakfast used to be available until 10am. Now it is only until 9 am causing crowding when groups are visiting, as well as forcing everyone to wake up early if they want breakfast. Healthy options are scarce. Cleaning staff wore no masks and went into multiple rooms at any one time, in and out of several rooms. No gloves worn either. The property states they use ozone to disinfect and sanitise but unless they do this every single time the spread of Covid could be so risky with this way of cleaning. One room should be done at anyone time, with masks being worn inside the rooms and gloves worn and disinfected between rooms.
The best quality/price ratio for a decent hotel in town. It is in a quiet area where off street parking is available and there is a large supermarket just behind for all basic needs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandI did not expect it will so cold inside the hotel overall and so noisy in the room. The room's heating was switched off from 22:00 until some time in early morning. The windows in the room was very badly sealed so cold air easily came in the room. To compensate it heating radiator was so hot. Finally, it gives you feeling like you are seating outside during winter next to fire... Also, I was badly surprised with noise protection from rooms next to mine, coz it was possible to hear every words behind the wall.

Very obliging host. Helped us find a restaurant and couldn't do too much for us in the hotel. Hotel was very quiet, ditto the neighbourhood and we got parking opposite the entrance.

United KingdomFantastic old fashioned Hotel but v clean and comfortable. The decor is quirky and makes a nice change from cramped, bland hotels of this price . The staff were very friendly and hospitable. It's a short walk into the centre and right next to carrefour which is great for stocking up for your onward car journey . You can park on the street for free or there is a car park for a small charge. It's very dog friendly.

The hotel is in a quiet location approximately 20 minute walk from the centre and right beside a Carrefour supermarket. It is full of character with various antiques decorating the shared areas. Room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and shower. Breakfast was served in the first floor dining room with a good selection from a buffet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly the gentleman at reception.

Staff helpful. Sadly, needed taxis, to Anicura. Expensive, and very time consuming. Novarello Hotel failed to notify others, and me,that rooms were available. Novarello far more convenient. Not dismissing la bussarola,an excellent hotel, but didn't really suit me.

BulgariaI had a wonderful stay at the La Bussola in Novara, Italy. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has a charming atmosphere. The rooms are very well equipped, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and modern amenities. The hotel offers private car parking, which is a great plus in this busy area. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and local products. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any request.

United KingdomHaving travelled for many decades this was a first. Had no hot water. Down to reception to be told as it was mainly business hotel it is switched off during the day! (Do no business people arrive during the day and want to freshen up?) Anyway hot water switched on. However as had long journey next morning left early and again no hot water. Bizarre!
Mix up with booking so eventually given upgrade to a superior suite which was good
