Good place to stay in historical building. So nice host. It was good communication. Gian give us maps of Genoa with recommendation of sights and restaurants . Nice balcony with see and church view . Gian treat us homemade limoncello. Dining room is common space also for host and another resident. It was nice to talk with Gian.

Gian is a lovely host. He was very quick to answer our messages and gave us lots of tips on how to enjoy this wonderful city. The accommodation is on the 7th floor of a beautiful old building on a residential street. It's a great location, close to transport and lots of bars and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, and the views are amazing. Perfect place to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. Our room was spacious and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very nice guesthouse. The owner Gian Pietro is very friendly and hospitable. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view. The location is close to the city center and also close to the harbour.

The place is located in the heart of Genoa in a nice district, few minutes walking from cathedrals, unesco monuments and little squares , where you can grab something delicious to eat or drink. The host Gian was an extremely nice person with whom we’ve enjoyed few evenings on the roof terrace accompanied by a homemade limoncello and interesting conversations 😃 The place was very clean and cosy, warm and welcoming! We highly recommend staying at Gian’s for an authentic Genoa experience!

Amazing view from the terrace. Lovely owner who was very helfpul and comunicative. The apartment is conveniently located in a residential street, only a ten-minute walk from the heart of the city centre.

Everything was great

comfortable room with private detached bathroom was good, but real highlight was the shared Terrace which has a gorgeous view of the water in one direction and local church in the other direction. Nice coffee was provided and we enjoyed not only our mornings but also wine in the evenings just sitting with the views and the sunsets.  there are lots of nice patisserie‘s, restaurants and markets close by and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in old town as well.  our host  Gian Pietro was extremely gracious and most helpful  with directions, dining, suggestions, and getting a taxi on our last day to the train station.  hopefully we will be back again.
