Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to dislike
Absolutely everything this apartment is just beautiful. There were 3 of us and having the 2 bathrooms/toilets was a bonus. One of the cleanest properties Ive stayed in. The lift was awsome. Even the ladies who clean the courtyard. It is immaculate. We felt safe. We found the bakery/ coffee cafe over the road. The Japenese Souffle also over the road sensational. Location brilliant.😊

It‘s close to the old town and close to public parking. In that sense perfect for a weekend stay in Como.

Washing machine didn’t spin properly at all so now travelling on with wet washing in a bag!
Lovely flat, perfect location, cool rooms, well equipped kitchen, felt very Italian! We loved it!

The apartment was probably refurbished recently, the pictures on the website do not completely correspond to what the apartment looks now.
Very good apartment in Como within 5 minutes of walking to the historic center, perfect for a family or a group of guests involving 4-5 people. Spotless, well-equipped, comfortable beds. Excellent communication with hosts and warm welcome.

Amazing apartment that combines traditional cozy decor with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location just out of old town surrounded by bakeries and cafes. Hosts were very responsive and met us on time. There is an elevator in the building so you don't need to worry about heavy luggage

Power cut out 3x's, not unusual in Italy, but still painful. We weren't over using appliances, so put it down to storm activity! Owners fixed it each time,but still unfortunate.
2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great for us. Full kitchen, minus a microwave and a full size fridge was great! Lounge and dining was very comfortable too. Location was brilliant. A short walk to everything we needed. Elevator was great for luggage and elderly guests. Beautiful opening windows with lovely breezes. Extra t-towels, special coffee and paper towels were grearly appreciated. Very picturesque and comfortable.

We couldn't really figure out how to use the washer/dryer combination. Some instructions on the unit would have enabled us to freshen up some of our travel duds.
Our stay in the Lake Como area was enhanced by our time spent in Le Corte Constantino. The hosts met us at the property and handed us the keys. They had thought of everything... including color coding the keys for the street entrance to the courtyard, the building and our actual apartment. The furnishings were comfy and the appliances upgraded and new. There were maps of the area and cards for some of their recommended local restaurants ~ including the best pizza parlor we found in all our trek around Italy right across the street. We could have stayed there a week or more. Perhaps next time we will!

the Wi-Fi was not working properly and the directions to reach the property from the train station were not clear which made us reach there with all our luggage with great difficulty
central location. two bathrooms and nice big apartment. nespresso machine with coffee capsules. the host was very friendly and was there to receive us. we faced a slight electricity shut off and the host arrived in 5 min to fix it

The only minor issue we had was caused by the exceptionally hot weather. The apartment has a portable air conditioning unit in the kitchen which was fine for the main living quarters and fans in bedrooms which made sleeping more bearable.
This lovely apartment is very clean with towels, shampoo etc provided. The host is extremely personable and helpful to answer any questions and provide assistance with any issue we had. Excellent location to explore Como. Literally a 5 minute walk to the heart of the old town and 10-15 to the lake front, fenicular amd boat rides. Was nice to be able to cook meals at 'home' rather than eat out every night. Would definitely recommend the apartment for a Como holiday.
