If I did positano again, I would probably stay closer to the bottom of the hill for convenience

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! The hosts were incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were greeted with prosecco while overlooking the water which was a great way to take it all in and relax after making the dreaded climb. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Straight shot to a quiet, beautiful beach. Netflix on the tv was great

I wish I was able to give this 15/10. Everything from the moment we got there was perfect. The staff was world class and Alessandro truly made our stay special. The view from the room and the restaurant was just breath taking. If by a random chance this place is not fully booked, I would book instantly. You will not regret it!

Better question is what didn’t we like because our stay was beyond exceptional. Alessandro and his sweet family were the most welcoming of hosts. They were beyond kind and welcoming. Everything was clear from the very start and they were so quick & attentive with any questions or issues that arose. Our trip was complicated by a health issue by which Alessandro offered to drive my husband to the closest hospital an hour away so that he could be with me seeing as I went by ambulance. I can’t say enough how much having a host such as him really makes all the difference. In regards to the property itself it was beautiful. Location is fantastic - super close to all the shops and restaurants. It was clean, spacious, well air conditioned, bed was comfortable, and the patio with the view overlooking Positano was the best part. We did not want to leave, I’ll just leave it at that!!

Allessandro and his Mother were the perfect hosts and my partner and I loved getting to know them both! So warm, welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs and beyond! The best place to stay in Positano! We enjoyed the guest house, it has all the amenities and of course much needed AC. Alessandro was amazing, helped us with the luggage, and some tips. The balcony is amazing and everything like in the pictures.We had an amazing breakfast included at his family restaurant,never been a fan of plain croissants byt the one they served was amazing, orange juice so good that no place in US has it, and the actual breakfast included eggs and prosciutto. The hospitality was amazing, we felt special, we drank wine and had amazing conversations with the patrons. That guest house has a rich vibe, you wake up with an amazing view, good firm mattress, amazing weather and in Positano, then get a delightful breakfast. We will stay there again, and if you come there too, take the road not the stairs. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed everything about our trip and the property with a linked restaurant.

Our own entrance via key controlled lift, very clean spacious, Fabulous views. The owner, Alessandro , was there to welcome us , carry our luggage and show us around . There was a fabulous terrace with sun loungers , the sun was available until 4pm and a table and chairs under shade if needed. Breakfast was fabulous

Alessandro went above and beyond to help with everything – from organizing boat tours and arranging taxis to offering local tips that made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Our stay in Positano was absolutely amazing! The room exceeded all our expectations everything was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The view from the bathroom alone was breathtaking, and honestly, there were stunning views from every corner of the place. The location couldn’t have been better right in the heart of Positano, close to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to the beach. And the host? Just incredible. So kind, helpful, and responsive helped us with every single request and truly made our stay even more special. If you’re coming to Positano, this is 100% the place to stay. We loved every moment!

It could be cleaner. Not to say it wasn’t, I’m just very particular.

We loved everything about the property! It was well located between the main beach and another more secluded bay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go all the way down for dinner and they have their own restaurant that serves amazing Italian food! This is also where they serve us breakfast every morning that we truly looked forward to everyday. Alessandro and his family are such wonderful hosts, very responsive even before we arrived. We had a very spacious terrace where we sat to watch the sunset every night and enjoyed a few drinks after our day and the view was stunning.

The picture above that shows the balcony area is what I thought I booked. My room had a door that opened like a balcony but there was no place to go out and sit. To get back to the room from the beach is a 20-30 minute walk uphill or by lots stairs. Depending on your level of fitness, it can be a challenge. I used it as an opportunity to wear off all the calories I was consuming!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful view! Not too far from all the activity. Allessandro and Margarita are wonderful to work with!!! Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful!! I can’t thank them enough!
