Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only criticism would be that they never replenished the shampoo/shower gel etc for the shower.

Impeccably clean, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind and professional, making the stay feel effortless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location ideal — quiet yet well situated. Excellent value for money. A solid 10 out of 10 — highly recommended.

There is no place to dry the clothes after returning from the beach.

It was difficult to control the air conditioning and the beds were too soft.
The location is very good if you want to viisit Esmeralda Coast. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

If I had to be picky, the only tiny issue we found was it would've been nice to be able to hang to dry our wet beach stuff - maybe just a few hooks on the wall or something, and maybe the ability to make some coffee throughout the day. That being said these things weren't really a problem at all. We loved our holiday and would absolutely recommend to a friend.
Such a lovely hotel! We had the best time. The location couldn't be better, only a couple of minutes to the beach. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfast too! That air-conditioning was an absolute life saver.

Currently is next to the hotel a house in reconstruction and near the next beach is a bulding under construction, it is noisy during the day. We went to the next beach, there was it quiet.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist (lady with black hair), nice and clean hotel, very good breakfast. Central position in Golfo Aranci, next to restaurants, shops and beaches. We parked free of charge in the front of the hotel.

They dont have dinner or lunch. Restaurant needed.
The hotel is in the perfect location. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. The room and hotel are incredibly clean. Good value for money.

The room was really small, there was no view from the room. You can hear the neighbours...it was basic, but the location was good.
The location is great, in the middle of the town, very convenient if you want to catch an early morning ferry. The price was too high for such a small room, where there is only a bed. The shower was ok, but everything was pretty basic. It was too expensive. We received the breakfast "to go", that was nice, but there were just some jams and buiscuits, together with cheap industrial croissants. It could be better for such a price. We came in the afternoon and left very early and they let us park the car infront of the hotel for free. That was really nice gesture.

The noise from people closing the doors next by or the breakfast in the morning was significant. The breakfast was a rather narrow choice.

Very basic hotel, well situated but with basic installations. The room was basic, clean and the staff fantastic, unfortunately it is a bit noisy to sleep and it feels like you are sharing room with the rest of the guests and the service floor.

Sound protection in the room. I was able to hear everybody in the hotel - even from ground floor and opposite room.
Great location with 5 mins walk to the city beach. Clean room with everyday cleaning including replacement of towels and bed sheet. Delicious continental breakfast with tea/coffee/juices, various cookies, croissants, prosciutto, salami, jams etc.
