Breathtaking views of the Dolomites, excellent service, and delicious breakfasts. Free access to the pool and saunas — including one with a mountain view, which was a real highlight. There’s also an underground parking garage, which is very convenient. The location is perfect — close to hiking trails and cable cars.

I got a room close to the street. During the summer, without air conditioning, I had to open the windows, which let in a lot of street noise.

The swimming pools are stunning. The staff are nice, friendly, and very supportive. Don’t miss the breakfast—it’s very tasty. The cheese omelet is the best.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We had the best stay— the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even added surprise decorations to our room when they learned we were there on our honeymoon. It was incredibly sweet and touching! The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are spectacular from every vantage point, the sauna and spa amenities are incredible, and the food was fresh, delicious, and very allergen friendly! We were also very easily able to navigate the town without a car. All of the hiking trails are accessible from the town center and the bus stop is a few steps away from the hotel, so we were able to get to our train station easily. We were a bit worried about not having a car, but we didn’t need to be! Everything was really easy to navigate, and the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions about the transit system. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, our stay left us quite disappointed. We spent two nights here as part of our honeymoon in the Dolomites and had been looking forward to a couple of relaxing days at a spa hotel. We had booked a comfort double room but were assigned one on the first floor, directly facing a busy roundabout. The traffic noise was so loud that it was impossible to keep the windows open at night—even with earplugs. As there was no ventilation or air conditioning in the room, it became uncomfortably hot and stuffy, which made it very difficult to sleep on both nights. When we raised our concerns with the reception, we were offered a fan or told we could pay extra for a different room—something we felt was unreasonable, considering we had already paid a lot for a comfort room. We found this response lacking in service and flexibility, and we sincerely hope these issues will be addressed for the sake of future guests. The way our request for a different room was handled suggests that this may not have been the first time similar feedback has been given.
