The staff was nice.

Hot water was not working from 11pm till morning 9am.

This place was beautiful, you can sit next to the river and eat. It was so clean, and the staff was so friendly. I would 100% stay here again. I went in July and it was such a perfect temperature outside and there's little towns right above and below you can walk to, was a very lovely place and it was one of the best breakfasts I had while staying in Italy.

The room was quite comfortable and well heated. I had a balcony with a mountain view. The wellness center was better than expected. Saunas are too hot for me, but the heated pine room was just right. Breakfast had a nice variety. I also liked the dinner options and the delicious ice cream. Parking is available around the hotel. The Malga Ciapela cable car is less than a ten minute drive, so this is an ideal hotel for skiers.

Amazing place and location. Very cosy atmosphere. Great and most welcoming staff. Breakfast 10/10. Beds and room furniture require bit of an update to meet comfort standards. Especially beds. Otherwise rooms are clean and complete!

Room furniture/bed comfort

The only one thing was the kind lady with black hair at the reception when she tried to explain to the owner, why we were charge for a double room, even though we had a confirmation before hand in an email that we can change our double room booking for single room so my friend was charged like for the double room, which was almost the double price ! Absolute disgrace!!!

First of all the rooms were not heated so we had to ask for electric heater The dinner and rthe breakfast was really basic especially the breakfast When I talk about dinner, the taste of the disaster was disappointing. the scrambled eggs for breakfast were prepared like plate of perfectly dried out eggs 💆‍♂️ The chef was I guess maybe someone who is in the afternoon a maintenance man..

Family owned and operated, Francesco and every family member/employee I had the pleasure of meeting, had exceptional attitude, mixed with pride in their profession, complimented by respect and values…. Great location, for skiing holiday…

Couldn’t find any downside…..

Great value for money. Very hospitable staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast.
