Decoration of the hotel is a bit dated but not enough to spoil the place. Unfortunately when we were there the pool wasn't open which was a big reason why we had booked there. Overall we would recommend.

Breakfast was incredible. We had had terrace where you could watch the sunset. The staff were very helpful and we were able to rent bikes from reception. Comfortable rooms. The hotel had a good location next to a bus stop and the lake.

    The rooms are nothing special.

The location is very good, very close to the lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The women on the desk was very helpful, they recommend on attrection at the area and even give as free entery ticket to one sight

    Nothing!

Superb location just round the corner from the bus station and clearly signposted but very quiet away from road and street noise. Pool was the biggest hotel one I've ever seen, well over 25m long and great for proper length swimming. Secure storage for bikes, good deal with local bike shop for just 20 euro a day and very helpful staff. Free mountain bike tour was great and would highly recommend.

Hotel caters for package holidays which I don't do but it didn't matter for a short break.

Fabulous pool which is where we spent most of our short time at the hotel. Lovely breakfast. Rooms fairly ordinary package holiday types but OK. Good location near Garda bus station.

I think it could do with up dating the decor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was in a brilliant location for touring around the lake and for going down to the lake in Garda. The pool was fantastic with loads of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. We would recommend this hotel.

Word of warning, if you book in as a bed & breakfast guest be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen as all the dining tables in the restaurant seem to be allocated to half / full board guests. Therefore you will have to wait each morning until a spare table is allocated to you. Breakfast seems to be one big scramble with food, fruit juices and water running out very fast and not always replenished. The staff who wait on the tables are lovely and they work very hard but appear to be understaffed. The problem in our opinion is the lack of organisation and co-ordination by senior restaurant management.

The hotel was centrally located just a short walk to the lake and near the bus station. The jewel in crown is undoubtably the wonderful swimming pool.

The swimming pool could have done with being a bit warmer (the lake was warmer than the pool).

Very friendly, polite staff that spoke excellent English and were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the lake and has lovely views of La Rocca. The pool is a very good size with plenty of sun beds for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, air conditioned and cleaned daily. The food in the restaurant was very good value with a good selection and variety of meals.
