Bed was a little firm for our preference.

A spacious and well equipped one bed apartment in an excellent location close to the main attractions. Communication with the owner was excellent and access straightforward.

The apartment is with perfect location, furnished with everything you need and very comfortable and clean. The check in was easy. The host is very kind and gived us all the information about the check in. I exactly recommend the apartment for accommodation in Pisa.

TV- there are no official channels, only 4 canals with advertising. if you want , you can log into watch Netflix, but not la7, rai or mediaset. No option for setting up. Quite loud fridge you can hear during the night.

Very nice small flat with everything you need , coffee machine highly appreciated! You can cook , everything is provided. It is very central, supermarket and restaurants downstairs, piazza dei Miracoli around the corner, so you can see it early in the morning before all the tourists will come. Clean , comfortable bed, big bathroom , air condition working very well. Some stairs to reach the apartment and no lift- but this is normal in such kind of old buildings so be prepare for it.

The collection of keys process is a bit confusing as we had to find the keys on another building, so just read carefully the instructions by the host (who only got in used when we reached out on Whatsapp. The coffee machine wasnt very clean to be used. The bedroom light wasnt enough for the space, but nothing major to worry. The most weird thing was the fact that we had to throw away our rubbish (which apparently is common in Italy) and return back to the flat a card (used for the rubbish bin) - so account that on your day of departure as the instructions werent super clear and took us some more time, when we were in a hurry.

Location is amazing, in heart of Pisa and around main walking street, full of restaurants. The whole flat was very spacious, especially the entrance corridor, the living room and bathroom. At night there was quiet and felt safe being in the area. The flat had everything required for self-cooking although we didnt really used them along with a big fridge to store your groceries.

Beds were just a bit uncomfortable unfortunately and could do with an upgrade, in my opinion. That said we had a decent sleep as the apartment is quiet even though it is very close to the main restaurants.

We traveled with alot of clothing from previously coming off a cruise and local wedding, so our large luggage was hard to bring up to the 2nd floor (32 steps) If you travel like this please ask Manuele for a lower floor if available. Not sure of parking in the area also. Maybe a question to the property. Enjoy!

This clean, air-conditioned apartment set right in the middle of all the action, 2 blocks from the Pisa Square. It's like a nice Ikea showroom. You have all the comforts of home with a grocery stor, just 2 doors down for eating in. There is a refrigerator stocked with 2 bottles of wate, 1nat & 1fizz. Cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, etc. Dish washer, Espresso machine with pods and teas available. Bathroom stock with both hand and bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, no body soap, but hand soap. Can recommend this apt to anyone without children.

All was good. Just to add a note that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are quite narrow and high, so not very suitable for people with mobility problems. For us was not an issue :)

Very nice location, short walk to the Tower of Pisa, supermarket in the same building, a lot of restaurants around. Easy self check in with instructions provided by the host in advance. The apartment was ready before the check in time and the host sent us a message that we can go earlier if we want. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Even though it is on a busy street, it was not noisy when the windows are closed. They have left us some water and coffee :)

As some people mentioned, it’s indeed smelly at the staircase and there is no elevator. For us it was not a problem and it’s not something the host has influence on However, if it’s something that one could be bothered by, then take that into consideration

The apartment is situated in a very good location - super close the leaning tower, surrounded by restaurants and with a super market next door. There was everything we needed - the whole apartment is very well equipped. We stayed for one night but it’s a great place if you want to stay in Pisa longer, too. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Tick all the boxes, no complaints at all. Excellent location, a stone throw away from the square. Lots of restaurants downstairs. The room is spacious, clean, bed is comfy and washing machine and dryer works like a charm.

The proximity to all the eateries, the pisa complex and the attractions. It takes 3 mind walk to the pisa complex with great pizzas at the door step and a supermarket.
