- There was not curtain in the window while the window shutter did not work properly so light was coming into the room from very early in the morning. The host advised that he had to remove and repair it so it could only happen after our departure. - While there was daily cleaning service, only half of the towels changed only once during a stay of 3 nights while several garbage (empty bottles of water, empty paper cups of coffee) were left in the room, where there was not a dustbin (other than the one in the toilet). - Not a negative since mentioned in the description but in order to enter the facility need to take about 35-40 steps of a stair.

- The facility is located at a perfect area. 5-10 mins walk from Trevi fountain and 1 min from the nearest underground station. - The host was very friendly and helpful. - The facility and the room were clean. - Our room was very good in size. Bed and mattress were very comfortable. - Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy.

The only two things that can be a bit problematic are that first of all, the place doesn't have an elevator, and the rooms are quite high. You need to take it under consideration, when arriving with heavy luggage. And second, it doesn't have a fridge of any kind, which is not a big problem, but if you have special medications requiring cold temperature, it can be. Other than that, the place is really quite perfect.

The location is the best! Couldn't ask for anything better! You're in the centre of the city, 5 minutes away from all the most famous sites. The metro station is right under your door, and also a couple of restaurants and shops. Very clean, and they clean the room every day. Everyone are very nice. The price is the best you can find, and considering the location, it's fantastic. The owner is very nice and communicative, very willing to help. We stayed there for a week. I highly recommend the place!

Quite noisy because of the main street but it was fine with the window closed and it didn't disturb my sleep. The single room was quite small though I was only there to sleep really so it didn't matter too much! Check-in was self-check in with details sent via booking.com - this proved to be absolutely fine but I wasn't notified until I arrived that that would be the case, so maybe just useful to give traveller's the heads up that instructions will be sent via the booking.com app on the day of check in!

Location was fantastic in terms of it being pretty central and literally a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Barberini). Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Room also has a safe and fridge which was good. Tea and coffee facilities in the main hallway of the accommodation was a nice touch, along with shower gels/shampoos and shower cap. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

There is no elevator then you have to carry your bags for 2 floors. The bathroom is shared. The room size is not big.

This was a great location within Rome as well being close to a Metro stop which was one of the main reasons for this location. Unfortunately there was no lift, but the manager was so sweet and helped my husband carry the luggage to our floor. The manager was nice to show us around the room and how the air conditioner, etc. worked. The bathroom was a bit outdated but plenty of room which was nice. Overall a nice place for the location and price.

The price was very good - and I feel the hotel was good for the price. Travellers just need to be aware that it is two and half floors up - and no lift 😩. However the manager carried our bags up.😁 No full length mirror. We had an early start (4.45am) to get to airport on last day - absolutely nil hot water - (note on other days hot water was fine).

The location was good - central, plenty of places to eat, walk to most attractions clean, serviced every day, coffee machine. The manager very helpful. He was there when we arrived as planned. Responded quickly to text messages and organised our car transfer to airport - no problem. We arrived by train to Rome and planned to catch metro as station was about 100 metres from hotel. However the metro was having a problem so we walked and wheeled our luggage from Termini to Hotel - 20 minutes no problem.

When we arrived, we had expected the hotel to be larger in size, however, it was a small hotel with only 5 guest rooms. This wasn't a problem however, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a short walk from major tourist attractions and a stones throw from a metro station and several bus stops which allowed us to easily move around the city. The host, who meet us on arrival at the hotel, was very friendly, easy to contact, and obliged when we requested to leave our bags after checking out, to enable us to enjoy the half day in the city at the end of our stay, without having to worry about luggage.
