Love the garden and the view from the garden is amazing ! ! Room is also very nice. Staff is friendly. Bonus is the espresso machine and public drinking water machine that let guest refill anytime. There is not many rooms and it gives us more private/exclusive feel. We stayed for 2 nights only and really feels like home. It is the best hotel throughout our Italy trip. Wish to go back !

The sound was coming very clearly from the toilet and bathroom of the next room, the sound insulation was a little bad.

The room was very large and comfortable, and also very clean. The hotel has a magnificent view, you wake up with the sounds of birds in the morning. The breakfast was great too

Everything!! Sweet little cottage room. Beautiful decor and linens. The garden is beautiful. Would be amazing to enjoy in late spring/summer with pool. The breakfast was outstanding and lots of gf options! Our hosts were so kind and helpful. A lovely family agritourismo. A highlight of our trip. ❤️🇮🇹

Everything was perfect! The hosts were very helpful, the breakfast tasty and with plenty of options and the room was incredible! The bad had the best pillows i’ve slept with on a vacation! The view, the quiteness of the place, truly a blessing and a relaxing time!

I dont have any negative things

Great location, with free parking. Very easy comunication with Sonia and Giacomo (only spoke with Sonia). Room with a very large and confortable bed. Good area. Bath area was awesome with good pressure and water temperature. Breakfast was very good with variety: fresh fruit, coffee, cakes made by host, tea, bread, juice, chees, etc. Everything was very clean and silent. The view is great. Didnt use the pool as it was very cold. They offer free water (sparkling and still) that we can refill our bottles, wich was very nice. Recomend without a question this place. Just a curiosity, Montepulciano "duomo" 3km away (5min by car). Do not cross ZTL areas with the car or you will be fined.

La Pievina is fantastic. There are four free standing guest suites just off of the infinity pool overlooking Montepulciano and the Tuscan landscape. It was restful in every way. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was one of the best we had at our bnb's in Italy.

Wish we could of enjoyed the pool in the sun you can't control the weather. A communal washing machine would of been amazing.

Great location with the rental car on the outskirts of Montepulciano SONJA was so lovely and helpful. Family run and rustic but so comfy and peaceful. It rained the night we arrived but Sonja loaned us an umbrella and we went to il Covo restaurant down the road and had a beautiful meal. Best beef cheeks I've ever had. Breakfast was great. Monticello was a great town near by quiet without the crowds but stunning and no parking fees . Also went to the local hotpools which were great peaceful setting.

Very well located with just a few minutes driving distance from the main ancient towns in Val d’Orcia. The apartment is amazing, very clean, comfortable and with a astonishing view. They have a delicious breakfast and a fabulous customer service.

Everything was beautiful. Sonia was incredibly welcoming, showed us our room and helped us with finding somewhere to go for lunch when we arrived. The post journey beer and focaccia was most appreciated! The breakfast was lovely, they set up the tables on your terrace and always come to check everything is ok, and if you want more coffee, not feeling you need to rush at all. Would definitely come back again!

The sound proofing between rooms is virtually non-existent. You can hear every word and noise made next door... yes every noise..... especially the bathroom so the lack of privacy is a slight problem. Apart from this, the place was PERFECT!
