Right now in August 2025 the road connection to the nearby village ist under construction so to Go there takes 20 more minutes Walking!

Wonderful place to stay: confortable and peaceful. No noise , Nature pur. Nice Breakfast and very friendly Host. Ana speaks very good english and recommend where to go for Sightseeing.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Very nice, private and quiet place. Room had aircon very important when it's almost 40 degrees outside. Super friendly host with 5 star service. She made us lovely homemade breakfast in the morning, helped picking out the daily activities and made it a very very nice stay with out two dogs.

The room was comfortable. San Vito al Tagliamento, which is a nice town - ideal for our last night in Italy. Our host was very helpful. Fueled by an excellent breakfast, we hopped in the car bursting with energy to continue our trip.

Everything was great.

The rooms was nice, big and clean. Bathroom very spacious. Tv in room, small refrigirator in the hallway, free tea coffe and water bottle. Great fresh breakfast, quite surroundings, nice garden. Good location for my trip plans. San Vito is a cute little town. Supermarkets near. The host was nice and friendly.

The bed was a little too short for me (I'm 1.87), but there are other rooms there. My fault I didn't ask.

The owner is very kind and attentive. Amazing value for money. The breakfasts are absolutely wonderful.

Adjusting the water temperature in the shower to a constant level is mission impossible. But it all depends on the attitude - a fun game like in childhood :) For some reason, neither Google nor Waze gives the exact location of the address. But that's the problem with map makers.

Breakfast - excellent. Omelette - amazing. Whatever you ask for - you get it all at once. The room is large, spacious. Excellent value for money and sincere service. What more do you need?

We had an amazing stay at this charming and authentic hotel. The hospitality was exceptional – the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere. The hotel also has a big, lovely, cozy green outdoor area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We were happy to find free parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. As a bonus, the hotel is dog-friendly, and our furry friend was warmly welcomed! The breakfast each morning was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to both the town and nearby attractions. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, authentic Italian experience!

Cozy atmosphere. Possibility to use a bike to move around the village. Kindness of the host. I communicated my intolerances to gluten and lactose before my stay and they were thoughtfully considered by the host, making me find lots of salty and sweet options! Definitely recommended!

Very nicely decorated in a true old Italian style, the accommodation was extremely clean and the hostess extremely professional and kind. The breakfast was soooo tasty, homemade and freshly prepared - fantastic! Highly reccomend this place
