A lovely, old-world boutique hotel!

The parking costs 19€ a day and the city tax 5€ per day (nothing to do with the hotel)...overpriced. The facilities are not great; no simming pool, no gym, poor conection to wifi.. The breakfast ok.

Most centric hotel in town surrounded by restaurants. Peculiar stylish hotel, nice view of the port. Staff helpful and nice. Staying in Palau is a great option if you rent a car and are planing to move around.

The bedroom had a shower but no tub. Not a big complaint, but just mentioning it.

The room and accommodation were exceptionally nice, featuring all the amenities for a comfortable stay; furthermore, the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to that, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, complementing the overall experience. To top it all off, the location was conveniently situated, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

Loud music from the Blue Moon bar until 2am on the weekends. Half the hotel faces that bar and you can hear the music in your room. Flies over the food at breakfast and in the room on arrival.

It is a good little boutique hotel - no complaints. There is a nice little bar/cafe at the front of the hotel that makes it even more attractive. We were there before peak season - there was no need to pay for hotel parking. Getting clarity on rules for public parking throughout Sardinia took some effort. The tourism bureau could up their game by providing tourists with clear info on parking.

Breakfast was good. The coffee from the automatic machine (something that seems to be ever more common these days) is comme ci comme ca. I learned that you can ask for a cappuccino from the espresso machine - a much better cup of coffee..

This was a excellent value the money. The hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and kind - above and beyond the normal tasks. Location is great in the best part of the village - unfortunately the market is in front and we buy a lot! Breakfast was really good, with fresh options and real coffee. Is a very classic property very well cared and with high end details- towels, sheets, amenities... (mattress was highly comfortable, good pillows, soft fluffy towels …)

The location of the hotel is superb, only a few meters away from the port where the day trips depart from to La Maddalena Archipelago. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby which is really convenient for the evening. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a great selection of fresh food. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was to basic: Not even boiled eggs. The fitness supplies were displayed on booking.com as if they were included and available. But the fitness supplies displayed are only available for the king suite and otherwise only available for a fee of 25€!

The bed was broken down, very squeaky. For such a nice place, it really needs to be replaced. Breakfast was a bit lack luster.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful front desk staff. Little interaction with other staff. Property was beautiful with cool nautical motif. Easy check in and out. Convenient parking options.

due to a communication issue between booking.com and the hotel, they charged me 30 euros too much. it was quite difficult and needed some discussion in order to get my money back. This was really an atmosphere breaker, really a pity….

If toothbrush and toothpaste were included,it’d be better. Also there’s no wineglass so we had to drink wine with plastic cups. It was bit sad.

There are many shops,restaurants and supermarkets so it’s easy to get food and something you need. Even a landing place to La Maddalena is very close,walking for 5 min,which is very convenient. The staff is well trained,very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Giuseppe! He was very friendly and gave us useful information whenever we asked. He knows lots of Japanese words and things, which made me relaxed and fun :)

For the breakfast every seat was assigned, either to single travellers or groups or couples. You were not allowed to taken even a small croissant with you from the breakfast buffet.

The staff « Guiseppe » was super nice & helped me to book a sailing tour for the next day. Adequate value for the money I paid👍🏻

The absence of a Schucko type outlet in the room for laptop charging. Seems to be the trend in Northern Sardinia. Made do by temporarily disconnecting the mini bar and using its outlet. Bring adaptors if you need that kind of outlet.

Very friendly staff, especially Alessandro, who made us a very useful guide to launch Maddalena islands. Amazing bar, very good music, lovely drinks and all sorts of complimentary snacks.
