Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower had a perfect pressure just not hot.
Breakfast was good. It was on a busy road so if no car you would just stay in as we did. It is very quiet at the moment.

Receptionist should explain more about the facilities , she is nice but just gave us the card of the room and I had to ask her where can we eat or what is the wifi code. Maybe is a problem of english rather than customer service

We stayed at the end of September, so end of season. The hotel promoted a pool and stated the pool was open, but it was not. One of the main reasons we selected this property was for the pool. We also selected a premium room with ocean view, the size of room was suppose to be 24 m2, but what we got was a room size of about 16 m2, which is too small for our comfort. We were frequently bumping our head on the TV (on wall at foot of bed with little room for moving past it). The hotel frequently rents its ballroom (great room) out for weddings and celebrations. There was significant noise from events both nights, one until 4:00 am, interrupting our sleep. Although the food was good, options were limited and too expensive compared to dining out in a restaurant, which we could not do as we did not have car.
The view from our deck was fabulous. The overall cleanliness was good. The food was good.

A couple of things 1. When we arrived at 5.30pm the room wasn’t cleaned 2. We had room 109 which was the first room when you enter on 1st floor : really noisy as everyone pass by at the front, no lights (the window gave access to a gray wall) 3. Staff member who was there in the afternoon wasn’t everything but helpful and accommodating but thankfully his colleagues in the morning (a lady and a young man) really helped us with our trip. 4. Staff member from the Am told us we have to check out at 10 when on the website is at 11am and said no access to the facilities (while the other members when more than happy for us to stay)
The property is well located and has a pool and a private beach with sun beds and parasols which are free when you book a room.

There is NO PRIVATE BEACH!! be ready to share your stay by the sea with few HUNDREDS people form outside, street hawkers, sun-glasses vendors etc

- the 2 loud clubs that played super loud music until 4am - the pool is only for swimming, no relaxation in the pool, no sunbeds around the pool - the sunbeds for the hotel on the beach were on the furthest end with no entrance to the sea - the location is terrible. it’s in the middle pf nowhere - nowhere to go, nothing to do in the evening, they won’t even allow you on the beach

The only point, if I have to mention something not 100% perfect, its possible to improve the choices at breakfast for the guests. But, consider that ihey serve typical Italian breakfast, therefore this is not a complain, but a suggestion to follow international guests.
Huge beach with rocks at waterfront, a lot of space, pools for kids, and there are comfortable several access to the sea with stairs and pier. Small but good and efficient working beach-bar. "ALL" employees are extreme friendly and ready to support hotel's guest's. By the way (that's not mentioned anywhere at the hotel) they have there own restaurant, with 100% fresh and delicious seafood and excellent whine (no touristic menu, but delicious plates prepared buy a chef with grate experience), super friendly and competent waiter who have archievd an important experience in the international field of first class Restaurants. (just I want mention, no one time he served us from left side!) I really can only suggest to try the excellent dishes (for really fair price!!!) A place to enjoy 360 degrees! I will return for sure ASAP.
