Nice place with a great view

Location, especially the view, free parking, clean room

Soft mattrress, very poor breakfast (Coffee, Tea, Milk, marmelade, bisquit - dry breakfast, cookies)

The view from the apartment looked directly toward Civita di Bagnoregio - beautiful! Our host was very friendly and provided breakfast and a tasty marble cake. Free, safe car parking was less than 50m away from the apartment. A really enjoyable place to stay.

This place is very welcoming and charming. The view is absolutely stunning. Everything is so very beautiful. The little town has everything you need and great restaurants. The host couple is very nice and friendly. One night they prepared us a great dinner which was delicious. Great location!

The owners are difficult. They leave nearby and took way too long for check in, sitting in the place with us going on and on about it. Basically they rent it but still feel is their place. Not a relaxing start. Later, three friends passed by for a drink in the balcony before heading out for dinner, the owner showed up and with a silly excuse even stepped into the house, not acceptable. In the morning, we had to leave in a rush and didn't get them on the phone, so left the key and txt them. Before we knew the woman was at the car park,peeking into our car boot as if we stole something. Not good. Not only, she even gave out to us about other guests behavior. Not good, not good. I would never go back there despite the unbelievable location.

Wonderful holiday home, with excellent facilities and a view to die for! Very comfortable and immaculately clean accommodation. Our hosts Tiziana and Sergio could not have been more welcoming and were on hand as needed with suggestions for local amenities and services. I cannot wait to come back to Lubriano and to stay again at Le Calanque La Terrazza Su Civita.

The pictures and description simply do not do this property justice. The view from the front door is breathtaking. You are literally looking at Civita di Bagnoregio. The entrance to the cave in the pictures is literally in the bedroom (with a glass door separating the two). The interior is modern yet quaint. The hosts are lovely. The town is the quintessential small Italian town, bustling with activity; the typical Italian old men sitting at the table on the sidewalk talking over each other; small shops and restaurants and cafes line the streets. Breakfast croissants along with all the things needed to make yourself an Italian coffee are included. They left us a bottle of wine. Parking is available and free and there is AC. Do not hesitate, just book.

Due to our personal reasons that affected Tiziana and Sergey's itinerary(Hope I'm right about the name), thank you for their tolerance and allowing us to have an unforgettable time. Talking with them made me feel the meaning of life. I would highly recommend their accommodation to anyone looking to travel around. ps. to Tiziana Life will eventually disappear, beauty will last forever in the world-like you.

Nothing it was great!

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and comfortable. And the view of Bagnoregio was perfect! The proprietor offered to make us a dinner, which was both a good value and an exceptional dining experience! They were so kind and helpful. I also stepped out in the night to find a gorgeous dark sky studded with stars, hard to find anywhere these days.

People with mobility issues may have some trouble with the stairs, but the terrace is perfectly placed for an incomparable view of Bangnoregio direct across the ravine.

Everything! The cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Fabulous bed, working shower, good wifi, great air conditioning, and of course the VIEW of all views! Truly SPECTACULAR! Plus the town is quaint. Quiet peaceful yet there's life in it. Beautiful restaurants and bars right beside, and a super location for visiting other places, such as Bolsena, Orvieto and of course Civita di Bagnoregio.

Everything Perfect!

Le Calanque was AMAZING! Photos do not do it justice. We had the best time here and was so sad to leave. The hosts had put so much of themselves into the place. It was a true home away from home, with everything you could possibly need. Everything was the best quality, like the stuff we'd buy for ourselves at our own homes, from the most amazing bed to the nice copper pot. And the views!!! Photos do not lie. Although, I'd say the inside was even better and photos can't do it justice!
