The Hotel Managers - Erik & his wife are excellent hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable including picking the suitcase from Ground floor to the reception area on the 1st floor (something that is unexpected in Europe!) and Erik also spent time to explain on a map all the important touristy places and how to reach them by walk from the hotel.

The only downside is that the lift was out of service for us, and we didn’t pack very lightly, so we had to bring our things up the stairs. Not a huge issue; the positive aspects easily overshadow this.

I loved how neat and modern the room was. The location was excellent and all of the major sites were within a 20 minute walk, plus the train station was a 5 minute walk.

The room has a motion senor light that turns on a small area before the bathroom door. The issue is that if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, that light turns on and stays on for aprox 3-5 mins, which can be annoying. We found no way to deactivate it. This could be an improvement idea.

The staff informed us that the room we had booked suffered som boiler issues, so we didn't end up staying at Le Camere Dei Conti. They quickly provided a solution and moved us to another property, in a more central location. Their fast and quick problem solving attituide was greatly appreciated. The staff was very helpful and provided many recommendations on what to do and visit in the city.

The shower was hot only in the morning. In the evening it was barely warm. Heating was lacking too. In the night it was really cold.

Rooms are lacking a bit of charm. Showers are separated from main room via a glass window only, so not ideal for all sort of travel groups

We could hear the road traffic so it isn't 100% soundproof. It was quieter than some places where the glass was single pant.

The location was excellent, 100 meters away from Unita’ ( the finishing line of the airport-SMN train station). So you can come from the airport with 2€ ticket and in 20minutes you are at The guest house. The room is spacious, with Tv cable channels, a warm bathroom , with inner garden view which is very quite . The room is cleaned everyday. Ermal and Ina were too friendly providing us with a lot of helpfull information making our stay much more easier. Thank you!

Staff were so amazingly friendly, the building was beautiful, the room was clean, beautifully renovated and more than spacious enough for two of us. The location was perfect and so close to all the main sights. Very very conveniently placed next to the central station too.

Would have been great if lift was working but again host Ina and her husband helped with the luggage

The property was quiet comfortable . We enjoyed our stay here .we loved meeting Ina our host who was so energetic to come down from her home and explain us all about Florence and plan our day . We never met anyone like her . However I fell sick the day I reached and our host again took very good care of me . She went an extra mile to get food , water for me . When I was unable to book tickets she helped me book that for us . Definitely gonna recommend staying here just for the host . Also it’s few minutes walk from the station .

We needed some assitance in the bathroom. The landlord responded immediatelly. Late check in was possible via front door pin code and key box with code. The apartment was very spacious. The bathroom had enough space. It was clean everywhere. The location is excelent at the start of center of Florence and very convenient if you arrive by train.

Ina was a great hostess! Very kind and helpful (she gave us some informations for restaurants)! The room was very cosy, warm because it was freezing outside and everyday was clean and tidy! Also the location is very good, close to everything in beautiful Florence!!! We would like to visit it again, but we may choose the bigger room next time!!!

Airport to hotel connection by public transport was extraordinary gut. After a direct tram connection, I had to walk only about a few 100 meters. The place was really central with walking distance to nearly everywhere. The room was comfortable and large enough, equipment with all the necessary equipment.
