Nice, right next to the train station, clean property, comfortable bed. Location close to the train station, I wasn't bothered by the trains. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

I chose the room with the balcony especially because on the night I like to chill on the balcony, but there are no seats with a table. I think that gorgeous balcony with that gorgeous view should have a table. However, we took 2 chairs from the room and sat. If you just want to rest and you have a bad sleep, the king room with balcony has its windows on the street and overnight it will be a lot of noise. If you close the window you won’t hear anything. We left the window open because we can t sleep with air conditioning on so we needed a bit of fresh air. However, we dont have problems sleeping, we slept with car noises on the background, but if you can t sleep with noise you should take this into consideration.

Accommodation is very close to the train station and city center. 3 minutes walk from train station, 3 minutes walk from city center. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. In the building there was a coffee shop to buy coffee every morning. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Host very nice. I will chose it again if i will come back. Especially for visiting cinque terre since it s so close to the train station

everything about this property was great except for the curb appeal… It does not look very impressive from the outside and it's in a busy stretch of road but it's right next to the train station so for that purpose it was perfect if you are going by train… I highly recommend this as it's great value and everything

The room was remodeled beautifully and it was simple and clean and had a balcony and very nice I would definitely stay there again… The landlord was incredibly helpful and wanted to be of service whenever possible… I only speak English so there is a slight language barrier but not much

Super comfortable for the location, just a minute away from the central station, and close to the hotel many locals available (store, coffee bar, restaurants). No elevator so you need to works that leg to go up, only on the second floor. Owner are super kind, I manage to checked in early and travel to cinque terre in time, thanks so much! This place is perfect for solo traveller!

Stairwell was a bit dark. I feel it was a bit overpriced for a single room and the location.

Close to the train station and shops. Good instruction about how to get into the property but had a bit of difficulty in opening the key box. Communication by WhatsApp. Quiet at night, safe. Nice bathroom good shower, coffee maker/kettle and fridge, modern and comfortable okay for a few nights.

When arrived at the building, we didn’t have phone connection. So it took us a while to get connect to free wifi and had to call the hotel, so they came down to open the door. Hotel should just send us the door code.

Location. Very close to train station to go to Cinque Terre. Near restaurants and lively area.

The motion tracker in the restroom, always turns off if you were not moving in it. It’s a bit dusty. Fridge doesn’t cool well.

Communication as to the parking situation could have been better. Recommended spots were not available but we finally found appropriate parking at a reasonable cost at the train station garage.

We really liked the location next to the central train station and close to restaurants and stores in the downtown area and Christiana our host was friendly and helpful.

I liked everything but the building was a little difficult to find and get into. That was on me though and if I’d organised myself better it wouldn’t have been an issue.

It was so nice to come from weeks of hostels to finally have my own space. The room wasn’t massive but it was perfect for me and could have easily fit another person. The Air Conditioner worked a treat and the building felt really safe. The location was also super close to the station and the Main Street. Also, having fresh towels everyday that smelt amazing was a very pleasant surprise.
