Maria Luisa and all the staff were very nice, gentle and welcoming. Breakfast had different options, handmade and coffee done at the moment was delicious. Bruschetta with fresh oil and tomatoes were delicious. It is immersed in the lovely landscape of Toscana, 15 mins away from Terme di Saturnia by car. We definitely recommend it.

The swimming pool and the view were fantastic! The location is in the middle of the Tuscany fields which makes it very relaxing.

Breakfast was not good. Majority of the options were cakes and sweets as well as cold cuts. They didn't even have cheese or boiled eggs! Juice was not fresh and the cappuccino was not good. Worst of all however was the service. It took over an hour and three tries to get 2 cappuccinos. The waitress kept ignoring us and then came to our table 3 times to ask what kind of coffee we wanted. Also, they don't serve lunch which is a big inconvenience because you have to leave the property and drive to one of the nearby towns to find a place to eat. Dinner was great but again, the service was horrible. Took over an hour to get someone's attention to order desert. Both the waitress and the owner kept telling us that they would come back but then they would forget.

The location was ok. It was relatively close to the thermal baths and to the nearby towns. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice but you have to pay extra for towels as the pool. Beautiful property with beautiful views.

Hotel dependences in the outside need some attention, chairs and tables could be at a better condition and organized.

Excellent breakfast and I recommend having the dinner, restaurant is cozy and the food makes you feel you are at home. Hotel and location is very beautiful if you are looking for a quite place right in the middle of Tuscany, this is the right place.

Staff was not very friendly. Reserved through booking.com, the price started was 72 euro per night but when confirmed the charge was 119. for 72 euro the location was great but, but overpriced at 119. We explained the situation to the owner and she said would see what she could do. she said 72 was too cheap but she would have booked for 100 and seemed upset booking was offering it for 72. Over night we contacted booking and they said they would get back to us in by 24 hours. In the morning we found out the owner had done nothing and in fact wanted another 2 euro for city tax. later booking.com responded and corrected the error refunding the difference….. note… I took a screen shot off the price prior to pushing reserve the room and the price changed, recommend everyone does this as it make it easy for booking to see the price we saw and give us a refund. the attitude of the owner tainted our overall impression of our stay.

Location was beautiful but a bit far from anything else considering only breakfast is available on location. The room was very nice and clean with a very nice bathroom and huge shower. The view was stunning in every direction and there was a nice pool on location which can used until sunset.

I did not like at all the road to get to the location. You need a 4×4 in order to avoid the many many potholes and if it rains alit visibility and safety on the road is reduced significantly. I also did not appreciate the fact that all dishes served at Dinner were not priced on a menu and so a first and main course with a salad and drinks could be quite expensive without a proper listing of what you will spend at the end of your dinner. Simple cuisine and fresh but not abundant and basically you spend more than expected in a proper restaurant. Not alot of space in the rooms so if you out the whole day then it's fine.

Positive points are definitely the quite location clean facilities and excellent view. Very close to the Saturnia springs and other nice locations to visit. Breakfast abundant with fresh products.

I could not get the television to put on subtitles, so I had to rely on my phone. The hotel wifi does not come thru the thick walls, so I used a lot of data on my phone. I stayed for New Years Weekend and would have liked if they had an event (local wine tasting or food in the dining area) available for the guests. Being that it was winter, I hoped that the pool would have been heated and open but I was still extremely pleased with my stay.

Breakfast was good and staff was happy and polite. The wine they offered was well priced and good quality. I enjoyed my room, typical rustic Tuscany feel to it.

The staff did not speak any English at all which led to some miscommunications, however they were always polite and smiley. The breakfast was average as you couldn’t choose what to eat off a menu or buffet -they just brought out various foods.

Situated on the top of a hill, it is genuinely a beautiful Tuscan location. The rooms are quaint yet clean. Overall a lovely place but definitely overpriced for what it is.
