Doesn’t look like hotel. It’s in the public building on the 5th floor. And there is hallway with approximately 5-10 rooms and you have shared sitting area (like house with apartments). There was mold on the walls on the ceiling

Very close to city center. Less than 10 minutes by walk to Piazza Plebiscito and Palazzo Reale. Metro station just in front of the hotel. Few minutes from hotel is street with lot of bars and they are working all night but it’s not noisy in the hotel, we didn’t hear anything from outside. Room is big with very comfortable bed. Maybe little bit smaller for higher person. Small but nice balcony with side view on the sea. Very kind man from the reception. He works all day and night but he is always with smile and wants to help. He offered us his umbrella when was raining outside.

Bathroom looked a little worn and shower curtain needed replacing. Was a bit concerned reading some reviews saying it was difficult to find particularly as we were arriving at midnight. Cups in the room but no tea coffee or water.

The owner was lovely - seemed to be work all day and night. Beds were comfy and room was large. Only 10 mins from the ferry port on foot.

We needed the room for a day, during which we had a connection flight. We were happy to see that early check in was available even from 8'o clock in the morning. The hotel occupies a floor in a an old building just ten minutes walking from the very heart of Naples. Easy access, friendly staff, basic facilities, value for money.

Getting inside before checking in was a bit tricky, we had to wait for someone to go inside who was willing to let us in, once we had a key it was fine. There probably needs to be information about how to get in without a key. Also the shower head needs replacing, but the water was hot and we made it work :)

The location was great, right near the metro, walking distance to the port and surrounded by heaps of restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The room was very spacious and had a kettle, mugs and a mini fridge which was handy for simple breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day.

To be fair, I haven't stayed for a long time to experience the good and bad things.

I booked one night, due to huge flight delay, I arrived the hotel around 7:30 am the following day (day of checkout), the receptionist welcomed us and gave us the room till the checkout time (12pm). Room size was adequate, clean bathroom, the balcony has nice street view and you can also see the sea on the side. The hotel is in the 5th floor, access via lift; the lift is old and small (as we were imagined), access to the lift was little tricky and we had to use 4-5 steps to reach the lift.

Was able to check in relatively early for hotels which was very useful. Friendly owner. Historic building (the old fashioned lift is very cool). Comfy beds. Arranged airport taxi. Very good location about 7 mins walk from the main shopping bit. Close to port too and right next to a metro. Basic hotel in terms of facilities but rooms are spacious and comfy. Ours had a balcony with a nice view.

We had a room with a jacuzzi but it didn't work... you could take a bath but the lights and the bubbles were not working. Most of the things in the room were in a bad shape, the walls, the furniture, the insulation around the bath tub was moldy. One more thing that was really strange, when we arrived we couldn't find the location right away, the hotel sign is not that visible and there's no reception downstairs. When we finally saw the hotel sign and the gate, everything was closed. We contacted the hotel staff via WhatsApp as instructed on the Hotel sign but nobody answered, then we called the number and we got instructions how to get in. There's a PIN that you have to enter at the gate, then go to the 5th floor where the reception is. These instructions should have been sent via a booking message before arrival.

The location is perfect, 15 minutes away from he old city center and 5 minutes away from the port. The room is not in the best shape, but it was clean.

The decor in our room had seen better days

Functional hotel in a great location just across the road from the Universita metro station (currently closed for renovation until October 2022) and within 10 minutes' walk of the Port and the Airport Shuttle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked well for us and the AC was effective. It was fine for our last night in Italy but perhaps not if we were staying longer.
