The view was out of this world. There were 2 members of vat staff that made our trip, one that worked in the main bar in the evenings and the other that seemed to do most things but worked in the pool bar in the day

Got an older non-renovated room with big balcony, small line of sea-view over the tv-antennas busy roof of near standing hotel building. The balcony is connecting with neighbor rooms and not giving any privacy when curtains are open, Restaurant - food is less than OK for money, waiters somewhat OK, somewhat inpatient. SPA is old. Outdoor pool is OK.

Absolutely enjoyed my 3 days. Comfortable room, bed etc. Breakfast was amazing with a magnificent view. Had lunch by the terrace and the staff was such a pleasure. Highly recommend!

The room advertised as "with view to the sea" was disappointing. For the price of EUR 234 per day, the room was small with a rather small window in one corner. The window located rather high in the wall provided some limited view to the sea just above a wide roof. Frankly, we were very much disillusioned by this. The battery of the room safe was exhausted, so we could not lock in our valuables. Although we were promised at the reception desk, they failed to replace it.

The hotel is excellently located with a wonderful panorama. The thermal bath is really enjoyable.

Hugely disappointing stay. Room tiny and musty and had no curtain or shutter on main window when arrived (later curtain put up). Staff very unfriendly (except barman). Beach accessed by over 200 steps very stony with just six plastic seats on a platform. Long way to port on foot and dangerous to walk. Hotel seemed geared to large groups and didn't offer info or advice to individual customers and seems not to care about guests experience at all.

We were charged for pool towels! Also bottle of water is 3 Euro! ( more than in Atlantis Dubai)!! At the pool bar I was charged for ice cream on a cone (like Cornetto) 6.50 euro ! Amazing prices!!!

The view from our room was amazing.

Our bed was a bit hard as were the pillows but no major hardship

Location and views within 15 minute walk to Ischia port. Courtesy bus to other parts of the island. Staff were helpful and polite and spoke reasonable English which was quite quaint

Staff generally super although initially the Reception Staff did not appear very welcoming nor did they go out of their way to explain the facilities. A lot of steps!

Stunning upgraded room with sea view. Excellent outside pool as well as thermal pool inside.

I paid $250.00 a night for a single's room...was suppose to be Superior Double with Seaview. It was a disgrace...a roof was attached to our balcony covered with bird poo and birds!! Our seaview was a dirty bird poo roof....when we brought the issue up, there was no decent resolution.

-Entrance to the sea (few stones could be removed to make a path for the smooth entrance)

    - Gluten-free food is available - Super-friendly staff, excellent team works in the restaurant - Not overcrowded - the hotel was full, but it was still possible to find umbrellas and chairs at the beach or swimming pool - Good conditioning system in the rooms (great cooling effect without noise, wind, smells) - Parking space available for free (they do not book it for the guests, but there always were free spots)

Landascape is wonderful!the cooking of restaurant is excellent. Overall spaghetti "scialatielli alle cozze o vongole"! Private beach with enchanting sea but too many staircases 278 steps

Some rooms are a little noisy due to proximity to main road. We were lucky to get an upgrade to the quieter side of the hotel.

The 'beach" as it is indicated is difficult to reach through approx. 300 steps and the beach itself is very poor. Sea can not be entered without proper shoes due to the stones.

Beware, the hotel is built on a hillside, so lots of stairs and no lift--Reception is at lowest level so no one to assist your arrival. Some room views are over lower roofs and tv antennas/dishes which could be improved. Try to choose the chef's specialities and do not order Salade Nicoise in Italy--when in Rome....no room service menu in our room, but charges were reasonable except for bottled water.

Spacious rooms simply furnished most with balconies or terraces, bed very comfortable. Good spa, and restaurant good for full board, with great Ischian wine, beautiful view and landscaping, pleasant staff, ample facilities. And not too many rooms.
