Maybe a balcony would've been a nice to have, but that's just personal preference. Note: do not park in front of the buildings on the yellow marked spaces, as those are for residents only.

The room.was very clean and modern, equipped with a good working Airco, small fridge and TV. Perfect location for a short stay to visit 5 Terre, as it located in walking distance from La Spezia central station. Checkin process is very smooth and allowed us to self-checkin in the evening with no hassle. For those traveling by car, there is a reasonably sized public parking space by the sport club downhill. We managed to find a spot there in the morning and left the car there, then walked to the station for our day trip, recommend using a parking app like Easypark. Thank you for the comfortable stay and compliments to the host.

Comfortable matress, but very uncomfotable bedframe, lound and squeaky on every little movement! Also soundproof betwean the rooms.

Location-close to train station, if u are visiting Cinque Terre, also free motorcycle parking nearby. (We saw wildboar on the street-that was unexpected and a bit scary 😆). Self check in was clear and simple.

It was my mistake but I hadn't realized that it was just going to be one bedroom in a big flat and other bedrooms would be used by other people. I had exoected a whole apartment so it was a shock for me. I thought the price would ok for an apartment. For one small bedroom I think it is rather expensive.

The fridge and small freezer did not work very well to keep our drinks cold or refreeze our cooler bottles. Very minor inconvenience.

The location is perfect, about 5 mins walk to the train station, easy to find parking, just right in front of the building. The room is clean and comfortable, a lot of restaurant nearby.

We managed to find a parking spot but indeed the street was quite full and it wouldn't be a surprise if no spots were free at all. I think with the parking it's a question of luck as many others didn't have any issues and others again had some.

Host was communicative and answered some extra questions we had related to parking at the site per messages.. The location is great to reach the train station from where you'd take the train to Cinque terre. We used our own water kettle to cook water for coffee (didn't care for the espresso from the machine which was offered by the property). Good sleep in a silent neighborhood - didn't have any issues with noise but we stayed in winter when windows would be closed.

We are traveling through Italy by car n finding a car park is a big challenge. The parking right outside the apartment is so convenient n it is free! The value for money is great! The communication with Laura is very efficient with self check in instructions. The room is very clean n new look, the shower is nice. Everything we need! The location is great, a 10 minutes walk from the train station, where you can go on a day trip to Cinque Terre.

The location was amazing, close to the train station, in case you want to visit Cinque Terre by train. The communication with the host was amazing, they immediately reply to the message. Check in is contactless, all is well described. Rooms are super clean. Highly recommended if you are visiting La Spezia.
