Perfection!

Mary was fantastic! Wonderful host, great location and fabulous breakfasts! We stayed for a few days and did some day trips. We can't wait to go back and stay longer! Beautiful location in Tuscany and the weather was wonderful in September.

My stay at Le Undici Lune was a joy. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the B&B is right in the centre of San Gimignano. But it was the hospitality and attentiveness of Mary (and her husband!) that set it apart - the exceptional breakfast they sourced from pasticceria and bakery, their local knowledge, and the kindness and helpfulness that animated every encounter. I really can't say enough for them.

There was nothing not to like.

B&B Le Undici Lune is an excellent place to stay in San Gimignano. The rooms are colorful, fun, and comfortable. It's definitely not a cookie-cuter lodging - located just off the main street in a building contructed in the 13th century. Our hostess, Mary, was amazing. She made dinner reservations for us, prepared a delicious breakfast, and even offered to deliver our lost luggage to us if it arrived at her place after our departure. Top marks on this B&B all around!

Guest in another room banging on the wall and door - because I dared to speak on the phone. I am not sure how much noise travelled between rooms???

Nothing...except there were quite a few stairs going upstairs. Well worth the effort!

Breakfast was excellent with cut fruit and fresh crossants every day. We absolutely loved Mary the landlady.

Everything was perfect. Perfect communication with Mary. She gave us a lot of tips that make our travel easier. The room was very clean, big and extremely comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! Perfect!!

Amazing B&B with amazing host and atmosphere. Great location withing historic walls of San Gimingiano. Cheery on top was a view to 2 town's towers. I highly recommend this place! I would love to come back one day :) Grazie!

We had an amazing stay and Mary was an absolutely wonderful host who was able to recommend and assist in booking of restaurants even before our arrival. A beautiful breakfast was provided each day and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was great being close to many shops and restaurants.

My only complaint is the two flights of stairs leading up to the B&B, but after all the hills throughout Sam Gimignano, this is hardly an issue.

I loved everything about staying here. The room was beautiful, Mary was kind and attentive, and I was close to everything I wanted to see in San Gimignano. Breakfast was large and filling, consisting of fruit, pastries, juice, and coffee, among other things. The bedroom I had was very large and had its own bathroom, mini fridge, television, chair, and plenty of closet space for all of my things. Mary, the hostess, not only provides breakfast and prepared coffee for you, but she is welcoming, giving recommendations and pleasant conversation in the morning. I will be staying here any time I return to San Gimignano.

Great location and perfect for your stay in San Gimignano. Host was lovely and very accomodating, with good suggestions for local restaurants. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the view of the street below from the living. The B&B is in the old town and access is up stairs.

A lot of steps. Breakfast was very nice, and Maria gorgeous, but not really non-dairy options and too much single use plastic. Could be far more sustainable. Have some jam/ marmalade in jars rather than single use plastic. And just a tub of dairy free margarine at hand for people who don’t want milk. :) Did I mention too many steps - but hec really worth the effort.

We are sensitive to perfume and the room had an extremely strong perfumed scent (like Tide). I am sure most people love it though, we just happen to be sensitive to scent.

The Host was extremely helpful with parking, directions, early check-in, and breakfast. The location could not be better and the room was spacious with everything one could need.

The room was great, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. You could see some of the towers from the windows, making the view very interesting. Breakfast well presented, with lots of choice and fresh espresso or cappuccino. The host Mary was very helpful, with information and a welcoming host.
