The bathroom taps were a little dated (but still felt clean) The sacrifice for being in such a fantastic location is the noise outside the windows of an evening (nothing major and I found it fine to sleep through)

The location was amazing - couldn’t have asked for better. Staff were SO helpful and kind - even contactable by WhatsApp and keeping our bag for us on our last day. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. Smart TV on the wall was great.

The location of the property was absolutely unbelievable. 2 mins from the Spanish steps where there is a metro with great links all around the city. The room was fully cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. We were personally shown to our room and shown all its features on arrival. The bath in our room was a dream and very much needed after all the walking!! if you manage to get a room at this luxury house you are really lucky.

Surprisingly, the coffee was not free and there is an additional charge for a late check in (although it was specified beforehand).

Overall a very pleasant stay. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed for 3 people, including wine glasses and a mini bar.

The stairs to go up, we have a baby, so its harder to go up with the stroller, eventhough the staff help us to go up.

The room is very spacious in the middle of the heart of rome, we get an upgrade room with the jacuzzi. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close by all the restaurants, gelato stores, shopping stores, Spanish stairs, all walking distance.

The apartment on the 3rd floor of the building is reachable via an elevator up to the 2nd floor Then, you need to continue via stairs to the third floor. When you get yo the apartment, you need to get up one more stair to get in!

Amazing apartment in via Frattina, just the perfect location in the heart of Rome. Just 2 minutes from Piazza di Spagnia, 8 minutes from Fondana di trevi, 3 minutes from Metro station. The coffee machine (Nespresso Professional) was a great surprise!

Great location, very clean, close to all main attractions. We really enjoyed the time spent on Christmas evening and on the first day of Christmas, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby were opened and a joyful atmosphere around. At the location, there are steep stairs but you’ll get all the support of the receptionist. We could let the luggage there, atfer the check-out, so we could enjoy a little bit more time in Rome until our back home flight. Thank you for everything, great and professional staff! Buon Natale!

The curtains should be cleaned, but this didn't bother me very much.

The location is perfect; two-three minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They gave us slippers for the room and we really appreciated this. Antoher plus it's that the room has a smart tv, so you can watch everything you like.

The pillows were flat and hard. Mattress was on the harder side, too, but we got so much exercise each day it didn’t keep us up.

The location was super convenient, although at night it was very loud with the restaurant clean up outside the window below. Good news was it was cool enough we could close the super high quality windows and block all the noise.

The property itself was great. The only negative would be if you were a person that could not climb stairs as you would need to climb stairs from the second floor to the third floor. Other than that, there was nothing I did not like. 

The property was exactly as described and the pictures are spot on. It is in a great location within walking distance to all of the main attractions in Rome. It is very clean and has everything that you might need.  I would stay there again!

The entrance is hard to find, it is in the middle of a restaurant so you go in between tables. The stairs are steep so getting heavy luggage up may be a struggle. It was worth it for the location tho.

It was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is superb. It is more like a private apartment than a true hotel so it was very quiet.

Location is excellent. Spanish Steps is very close by. Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Piazza del Popolo are an easy walk. Room is cleaned everyday; sheets and towels are also changed daily. Hotel staff is friendly and always available for questions; also gives you tour assistance & tips.

The entrance is slightly small and stair is narrow. We had two large suitcases have to carry them to second floor.

The location is excellent. Surrounded by lots of luxury shops and no more than a min walking distance to Spanish plaza
